About

Operating directly under the National Command Authority, a relatively unknown entity of handpicked warriors are selected when it is crucial that a mission must not fail. They are the Tier 1 Operators. There are over 2 million active soldiers. Of those, approximately 50 thousand fall under the direct control of the Special Operations Command. The Tier 1 Operator functions on a level above and beyond even the most highly trained Special Operations Forces. Their exact numbers, while classified, hover in the low hundreds. They are living, breathing, precision instruments of war. They are experts in the application of violence. The new Medal of Honor™ is inspired by and developed with actual Tier 1 Operators from this elite community. Players step into the boots of these warriors and apply their unique skill sets to fight a new enemy in the most unforgiving and hostile conditions of present day Afghanistan.
This is a new war. There is a new warrior. He is Tier 1.
Fight Today's War: Elite Special Forces in a gritty combat campaign using the surgical tactics of Tier 1 Operators combined with the sledgehammer force of Army Rangers.
Unparalleled Authenticity: Intense story with incredible pacing and variety set in the rugged Afghanistan landscape, creating a shooter experience only available from the storied Medal of Honor franchise.

Reviews

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Recomendado.
This was my first introduction into the Medal of Honor series 15 years after its release and after 5 hours of playing through the campaign, I can safely admit that this is the epitome of cinematic fps shooters that most modern fps's try so hard to be. Between the hard rock music while flying helicopters through Mountains demolishing everything in your path, to the slow violin as you and your comrades realize these are your final moments and you're gonna go out with as many bad guys as possible. This game fully realizes it all with perfection. To the devs, thank you for such a great experience as it truly brings us back to the fun video games can be!
Not a bad game, but it feels like a more limited version of COD — less variety, mostly one enemy and one setting. I do like that it’s based on real events, like the Battle of Takur Ghar, which gives it a more grounded and serious tone. I respect the more realistic and patriotic angle — it feels like it tries to show a perspective of the Afghanistan war, even if it’s a bit exaggerated. The ending is sad, but real — not everyone makes it back, and many heroes are lost. Overall, a solid but simple experience. 6/10
For Honor, For Country, For Brother. What a great game back in the day. Shame they don't make great games like this no more. 100/10 recommended for campaign story, multiplayer no longer works in 2026. Buy Battlefield 6 if u want to play online.
Amazing game that represents Americas tier 1 operators very well, politics aside it is amazing how patriotic these moh games felt back then. It is worth the playthrough if you have the cash to spare.
