About

Operating directly under the National Command Authority, a relatively unknown entity of handpicked warriors are selected when it is crucial that a mission must not fail. They are the Tier 1 Operators. There are over 2 million active soldiers. Of those, approximately 50 thousand fall under the direct control of the Special Operations Command. The Tier 1 Operator functions on a level above and beyond even the most highly trained Special Operations Forces. Their exact numbers, while classified, hover in the low hundreds. They are living, breathing, precision instruments of war. They are experts in the application of violence. The new Medal of Honor™ is inspired by and developed with actual Tier 1 Operators from this elite community. Players step into the boots of these warriors and apply their unique skill sets to fight a new enemy in the most unforgiving and hostile conditions of present day Afghanistan.
This is a new war. There is a new warrior. He is Tier 1.
Fight Today's War: Elite Special Forces in a gritty combat campaign using the surgical tactics of Tier 1 Operators combined with the sledgehammer force of Army Rangers.
Unparalleled Authenticity: Intense story with incredible pacing and variety set in the rugged Afghanistan landscape, creating a shooter experience only available from the storied Medal of Honor franchise.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Very good childhood game, brings back memories when playing.
highly recommended game if you're into cinematic first-person shooter action, 10/10 storyline
I remembered adoring this game when I played in middle school so I was excited to check out it again to see if it held up. Sadly, while the gunplay is very good (leagues ahead of it's contemporaries imo) and the sound design was very immersive, overall I found the game to be pretty disappointing. It's extremely short, the characters aren't that memorable, the writing is awful (a mix of random military jargon and gross dehumanizing language towards non-Americans), and the game is very glitchy and broken (had to download the NVIDIA PHYSX launcher just to get the game to run). Tier 1 mode also doesn't even work due to the game's servers being down.
now i know why medal of honor died...
MUY BUEN JUEGO, ENVEJECIO EPICO
Short Review: Would I recommend this game to others? that depends, you can read my lengthy review below and I go into more detail, but if you want something short and brief all I will say is that the game has a couple issues and hasn't aged the best, but because of the little dedicated multiplayer revival community it has I'm giving it a 7/10 so it passes, because I respect their dedication, if you want specifics about what issues can arise, I'd read the lengthy review. Lengthy Review: As always I'm going to do this in the "Good, Bad, & Ugly" format The Good: I'm sure when you have a full multiplayer lobby the game is probably alot of fun, and very chaotic at times, the tactical leaning in the campaign is also pretty neat, and the game performs surprisingly extremely well for a game that released in 2010 (AAA Companies take notes). game also has a dedicated little community, it's not much but their dedicated to keeping the game's MP functioning and I respect that, but that's just about where my compliments end. The Bad: The campaign is sorta meh, it's nothing to really brag home about, if you are looking for hardcore realism then the campaign isn't for you is what I will say, and hasn't aged all that well, the dialogue and some of the radio chatter also isn't the most realistic either, graphics wise it's a 2010 game so not much to expect there, but Multiplayer and Singleplayer both look and feel DRASTICALLY different, and that's because they both use entirely different game engines, while the SP Campaign runs on Unreal Engine 3, the Multiplayer uses an early version of the Frostbite engine which would later see use in BF3, and you can really see alot of that there in the multiplayer and tell where Battlefield 3 takes some of it's design elements or ideas from. The leaning also mentioned above in the campaign is a bit weird feeling as it doesn't tilt your character so much as it sorta just pushes the camera to one side, what I will say is it's definately no arma or milsim leaning, there's also a lack of FOV slider so you're constantly zoomed in for the entire campaign, and at times this can get very disorienting or downright sickening for people who might have motion sickness or despise low FOV's. The Ugly: Singleplayer campaign will not start but the reason for this is rather dumb, however in all fairness this is a game from 2010, some gaming peripherals seem to just cause the game to hang on the splashscreen for some reason, the fix? Unplug your mouse after launching the game, wait a bit, and when it starts, plug it back in, to my knowledge this is tied to razer mice specifically but if you don't have a razer mice it could be literally any gaming peripheral. The multiplayer will not work in 2026 as the devs pulled the plug so you will need to use a 3rd part launcher such as NeptuneLauncher which you can get from the community Medal Of Honor 2010 discord server, the community is great, but not alot of people so you may not get full lobbies like the game did during it's peak playercount days, still this is the best way to experience the game's multiplayer in 2026 if you are a returning or new player. Me personally I had issues with PunkBuster (the anticheat) and I've had simmilar issues with BF3 and BF4 in the past and decided to simply not bother, that being said what little chance I got to play MP was fun, controls are no CoD or Battlefield but it's solid. Overall I give this game a 6.5/10 because it hasn't aged that well and it has some glaring issues that can make it borderline unplayable for some people, but it gets some extra points making it a 7/10 because of the small yet good community that's still there.
