Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Warning: Asset Flip! Master Knight is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unreal Marketplace assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, Tero stole a bunch of Unreal engine fantasy assets and dumped them on a bare basic third person brawler template to make yet another empty, contentless, aimless, pointless minimum viable product cash grab. There's no game here, just a bunch of stolen assets that Tero wants YOUR money for. An example of the stolen assets are the Arcane Mirage Fantasy Characters, and a few more. It has no value or merit as a real game. Tero Lunkka/Valkeala Software have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Nash Racing 2" = Advanced Tuning Cars developed by James Novih
"Office Racer" = Polygon Office developed by Synty Studios
"Cyborg Invasion Shooter" = Third Person Shooter Kit developed by Epic Games
"Nash Racing" = Advanced Tuning Cars developed by James Novih
"Candy Puzzle" = Platformer 3 - Chocolate developed by ithappy
"Trump Cake Mania" = POLYGON - City Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Survival Isolation" = Easy Survival RPG developed by Easy Systems
"Prison Puzzle" = Ultimate FPS Puzzle Kit developed by FirstContent
"Lawnmower Game: Pinball" = Pinball Construction Kit developed by Epic Games
"Fancy the Frog" = Pixel Adventure 1 developed by Pixel Frog
"Candy Golf" = Mini Golf Template developed by GoFlood
"Lost Princess: Winterland" = Polygon Vikings Pack developed by Synty Games
"Aliens Dont Exist" = Alien Character - Free Sprite developed by Craftpix
"The Warrior Of Treasures" = Dynamic Combat System developed by Grzegorz Szewczyk
"Candy Renovation" = Renovation Simulator developed by Manudog
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The developers didn't design the game for modern gaming PCs, as such the display resolution caps out at 1080p, a very low resolution that became mainstream back in 2006 and became obsolete when 4K entered the mainstream in 2014. The game simply won't look right on modern gaming displays due to this failure on the part of the developers. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players, and the worst part is these weren't genuine players, these were the Russian fake review accounts that the developer paid to make the fake reviews. Since the fake reviews are all done, now the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 110,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected.
Warning: Review Manipulation! This game features small number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian, broken English or ChatGPT AI slop, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. Due to the 2024 FTC ruling (16 CFR Part 465), these fake reviews are a violation of US Federal Law.
This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 110,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! Master Knight has the laughable price of around $4 USD, it's not worth it given the defects and shortcomings with the product, especially considering the unethical nature of the developer.

Master Knight is a third person hack and slash action game. Some walking around once the opponents are dead allows that player to gather health potions etc. The game offers a dozen maps which gives the player some value. There are some 20 potions on each map. This game runs a tad slow on my Dell 5440 with ARC Xe graphics suggesting the game setting need some refinement. The MSI Katana with RTX 3070 can play this better.
no...no...NOOOO! PLEASE NOOOOOO!
Still need to improve the battle system, sometimes I don't hit the target (though I hit it accurately!)
great game ! (if you don't play it)
add cards please
* you can give this to your enemy :D * seriously, i think the opponents are too stupid. roughly it looks like this: I hit the enemy and he only reacts before falling down from my ultimates oh yeah.
Avoid This Glitch-Ridden Nightmare Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Playtime: 44 minutes too many I went into Master Knight hoping for an epic, tactical medieval adventure. Instead, I got a broken, soul-crushing chore of a game that feels less like a passion project and more like a thinly veiled casino designed to drain my wallet. Master Knight is a masterclass in how not to make a video game. It's unpolished, uninspired, and aggressively greedy. Do yourself a favor: save your money, save your hard drive space, and steer completely clear of this trainwreck.
