It remains THE gold standard for science fiction world building and storytelling nearly 20 years after its first game released. The breadth and depth on offer over 150+hours of gameplay is staggering. Everyone knows that combat throughout ME1 can be lacklustre and the less said about the Mako sections the better but these minor flaws, and the series as a whole, only got better as it went along. I've you've never played it before you wont regret trying this and to the veterans, I just finished my third playthrough after at least 8-9 years which was heavily modded (mad respect to the community that have iterated on Biowares work) and it still manages to stir the emotions. If it's been a while since your last playthrough maybe its time to go again?
I just brought it for nostalgic and to see the difference in the gameplay. Just enjoying it as it goes

I have played this game since release in 2006 on console and migrated to PC. This has been a staple in my gaming rotation and consistently return to relive the moments. Nopt a big fan of all the thirs party EA integration required to play a title that I have bought. I don't play online PVP or any of that ♥♥♥♥, so really annoys me that I have to opt in to this stupid system to continue to play a game that I thought I "owned". We will turn on these developers in the future for this.
