Mass effect is a great game and I've played all of them. The legendary Edition is an excellent renewal to the series.
Amazing game! I completed the entire trilogy countless times. I was waiting for this re-release for quite a while, but in the end it was worth it. Definitely recommend playing the game, even if you are not a fan of the genre.
This is the best sci-fi setting of all time. Rich with lore, character development and immersive atmosphere. Also Garrus exists and that alone is worth sinking 140 hours of your life into this wonderful trilogy. 10/10
ME2 is a 10/10
I was going to review with ya duh play it, but I think enough time has passed that all the fans of this series have already played and replayed this game. This means the buyers looking at this game have no game history of this era in mind. This version is much more handy as a buy than trying to find all the previous versions and DLC, and from a "full version" perspective this is the game version to buy. As a new player to a series like this and wonder if you should play this space drama. If you want ME1 "okay" command but a ton of world building and characters to listen and fall in love with, yes buy this series. The big jump in combat is between ME1 and ME2, and a lot more characters to chase and love on. While, ME3 is conflicted, overall it does a "meh/okay" job at ending the series but a good job with giving you more time and memories with the characters you spend hours on learning about together. Buy for the space combat, stay for the space love.
