Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's really hard to look past the bugs and all the nonsense you have to do to get it to run properly when some over-arching design choices make me question how this series took off the way that it did. As a movie / show? I think this could've been great. As a game? I'll dive into that: -Any setup with over 4GBs of ram will cause the game to crash at random. So essentially, most users on Steam will have to patch this out right out the gate with a 3rd-party program to get this to stay running. -Uncapping the base framerate of 60fps will cause issues with the game. With mouse controls, this makes the entirety of the game look choppier than it actually is. With that in mind, you might ask: Why not just use a controller? I'll tell you: -NO NATIVE CONTROLLER SUPPORT IN AN XBOX 360 TITLE. Rather than patching these issues out, we got a re-release as the Legendary Edition. The original PC ports should not be sold anymore if they have not been actively maintained AND are known to be buggy messes. I gave this port a shot because I wanted to make use of Mass Effect 2 that I got from Origin years ago. -Trying to look past all the bugs and pc-port specific issues, you finally start to get some gameplay. It's an RPG disguised as a cover shooter. Choices you make affect the rest of the game that aren't made clear to you at first. Combat mechanics, regarding aim, not explained thoroughly either. I had to do a LOT of Googling just to figure out the first hour of the game. You have to open up the correct menu just to swap guns in the middle of a gun fight when other games of the time, you press a hotkey and it's there, You have to actively babysit your squad or else they'll get themselves killed. Moving from cover to cover is a chore, you'll constantly get stuck on corners and Shepard can't seem to aim-down-sight unless it's over a cover below his kneecaps. The accuracy of your weapons are dictated, again, by vaguely-explained, if at all, stats; If aiming is inaccurate and snapping to cover only works 1/3 of the time, all you're left with are bots for teammates who constantly die on you. For the first 40 minutes, they kept dying and it was unclear to me that I had the ability to command them. They will lock onto stuff you can't even see on your map yet. The lack of quality is evident, at least in this particular port. Maybe the original xbox 360 port didn't have these issues? Maybe the rest of the Mass Effect series is good? As a newcomer to this series and my experience with the only port I got to play, I can't recommend this

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Nice Story and a good shooter too....
Great story, but a few really annoying quirks 9/10.
Highly Recommended.
Is pretty overrated ngl
another hand touches the beacon...
Still a fun game and cheaper then buying the new Mass effect series. There are mods to give the graphical changes to mass effect 1-3, I made mass effect look like it was made in the 2012 instead of 2007 with mods. Mods are little bit hard at first but otherwise a great improvement game play and graphical changes.
all the Mass Effect games have been written by some pretty incredible people. I liked the whole series and frankly there isn't anything wrong with it. Great persistent story-line, wonderful immersive graphics, strong game-play, make this a BIG hit in story-line games. Its a game thatn often has you wondering, WHERE AM I GOING TO FIND THE AMMO FOR THIS ENGAGEMENT? If you don't agree, honestly you need to GET OUT!
When I first started playing Mass Effect, I was hesitant. The story didn't immediately grip me, and I was a bit bored running around the Citadel, Noveria, etc. back in 2008. Then I reached the 3rd act of the game, and I realized what a treat I was in for, and why I should care about all the lore and places. I replayed several times before Mass Effect 2 came out, which became my favorite game of all time. This whole trilogy ended up being my favorite franchise of all time. TL;DR: Don't let the first hours fool you if you're new to Mass Effect. The game gets more and more exciting the more you learn about it.
Recomendado 👍
