Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.57/day in the week to Aug 25 → 13.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This was definitely one of them ‘Cinematic’ roller coaster games. That’s not a bad thing to label it per se, but it does mean you have to be into the story and characters that are on cinematic display. Luckily I was, and despite the level design being very dull, it was a fun roller coaster to be on.
The art direction is pretty bad. At least there's an option to choose different outfits for the Guardians. The gameplay is serviceable not the best but it does wears on you towards the end. Huge fan of the story and the small interactions throughout. It feels like a genuine comic book. A Guardians comic at that. I will say I wish the interactions didn't get cut off by gameplay cues like falling debris and the like. I'd say $40-50 is the *most* I would spend on the game. If you get see it at a lower price its a definite recommend.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

It's a great game.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is just as the populous say, an unexpected banger. For those that do not know, this game is part of a deal between Square Enix and Marvel to release a batch of games under the Marvel Games brand. Unfortunately, it came out after the release of the notorious Avengers game which made many skip Guardians with the expectations that it would be of the same quality as Avengers. To be frank, I have not played the Avengers game myself and cannot really say how it compares with this game. About this game though, it got me hooked . Plot: The plot being a space-opera adventure with a rag tag group of a found family is what the Guardians are all about. Of course, most would be familiar with the MCUs version of the characters but fans of the comics could also find a lot of inspiration from the source material in this game. In a nutshell, the developers really dove into the characters of this infamous group giving each character an arc that would be completed to make the group whole. Not only is the story of the game intriguing and heartwarming, the amount of collectibles with lore in the game truly show the care the developers put into this game and how much they appreciate the source material. The ending truly showed how much the characters have grown and bonded together
with certain quirks like Drax calling Gamora and Rocket by their real names and Peter trusting Rocket with his cassette player.
Gameplay: Probably the most divisive part of the game is the actual gameplay of the game. In my opinion, the decision to only control Star Lord was a good one. As not only does it make sense from a plot perspective but it works for the type of gameplay they were going for. Being only Peter did not mean you just had an effect on his actions because as Peter you are the leader of the group, you call all the shots. This is further reflected with the other part of the gameplay, a telltale-like choice system where your choices affect the missions entirely. As Peter, you made the decision for the members to coordinate their attack and in some instances could make a few interesting combinations of moves. However, this gameplay loop does get a bit repetitive which the dev must have realised because the combat sections were paced to not be back to back with simple puzzle segments in between but I do not think this was fully solved. Overall, the choices you make to further the plot as well as changing it entirely is the main strength of the game and is what kept bringing me back because I wanted to know what happens next and the character interactions were so much fun. Extra: Speaking of the character interactions, the banter between the Guardians as you travel through each stage made the game feel so alive, in a weird pseudo-relationship way it made me feel like I was hanging out with a group of friends just goofing and gaffing together. And the stages are just so distinct from one another which is exactly what I would expect from a space adventure. I could write about a lot more like the use of the licensed music and some of the character designs but I expect not many have even bothered reading this far into the review. In conclusion, an 8/10 game (Yes this may seem to be generous) that could have gotten higher if the gameplay loop was less repetitive. It is being carried by the plot and characters that many would possibly not relate as they may not be a fan of the group themselves which is fair. What's the point of buying a game that does not have good actual gameplay then? I’m not saying it's unplayable, it just needs a little something to really shake it up a bit. Something for a possible sequel, I hope. Until then, this game would most likely always be considered “the better game that Square made compared to Avengers.”
好玩,想看一部电影,该说不说,感觉游戏里的德拉克斯脑子要好使一点,果然还是漫画里的呀
The story was engaging and fun-filled, and the graphics and gameplay were superb. But seriously, how many times are they going to roll the end credits? 😅 And the worst part is, you can’t even skip them! After finishing the game, I honestly don’t understand why there’s still so much dialogue. The game is over—just let me leave already!
Went for the story, stayed for the story. The Gameplay is dull, the missions are repetitive. I would suggest to pick this game only if its on a discounted price. The steam Achivements can be easily acheived in the first gameplay itself. Anyways, I am groot!
这是另一个时间线上的银河护卫队,比本位面银护三更完美的结局。
