So, I gotta say, I really loved this game at first. My friends kept pushing me to get it, and I actually enjoyed it back around seasons 7 and 8. But nowadays, especially with what's happening in the ranked section as a Gold player, it's getting frustrating. The real issue for me is the community. A lot of the players, whether they're guys or girls, seem to throw tantrums if they can’t play their main character or if someone bans them. I mean, they just freak out or try to sabotage the game, and I’m sitting there thinking, "What is going on?" The main reason I don’t recommend this game anymore is because of how the community behaves. We’ve got adults acting like kids when they can't play the character they want. I try to switch it up and play other characters, but if someone wants my pick, they could just ask nicely instead of throwing a fit if they don’t get their way. It’s so annoying when they just decide to ruin ranked games because they’re upset. I honestly don’t want to waste my time trying to climb ranks while dealing with all this drama, especially when my friends are in Diamond. It feels pointless. I do really enjoy the gameplay though, and there are so many cool characters and strategies. I have some great memories with it and it is fun! But the community frustration makes me not want to play anymore. My friends have stopped playing too, so I miss out on those ranked matches I wanted to enjoy with them. Now we mainly just do quick matches, but I really wish we could get back into ranked play together. It’s hard to dive back in when the experience is so off right now.

Don't play this game and free yourself from all toxic small team lane based games or any games that make you fustrated or angry for a fact! Your soul will thank you in the longrun.

can't believe this game does things worse than overwatch, OVERWATCH- THE DUMPSTER ITSELF. Every support has an immunity circle ult and anything imaginable crammed into their kits because why not. Any support not fitting in this trope i.e adam or ultron are trash\ cant play them Every DPS is either extremely broken or just straight up ass Every Tank is either you blow up or you dont, not too different from Russian roulette. with the release of the updated team ups this game has become a chore to play, please look to waste your time elsewhere.

The recent update to remove the option to report someone for racism or hate speech is concerning, especially with the dev's history of racism and facilitating hate speech (including sexism, homophobia, etc etc), I can only imagine it will get worse now. There's SO many issues with this game, if I listed them all we'd be here for a week, but genuinely this is the scariest and saddest one. Rivals has created such a toxic cesspool of a community and I can't see anything being done about it, leaving old and new players alike frustrated and logging out for good- it isn't fun, and it isn't worth the headache that comes with rivals' insane visual clutter. Don't recommend this game at all, and definitely don't give these people your money.
