Marauders had the aesthetics, the gimmicks, and the balance to make it its own, unique extraction shooter. It had the problems most extraction shooters had, the tedium that backpack tetris gameplay leads to, and occasional negative changes to the meta. All of this was par for the course, and the game was a passable one. That was a year ago. Since August of 2024, the devs have been absent, leaving the community to rot on the vine. This will be another in the sea of early access games that never leaves. If this game had offline capabilities, community support, or any sort of communication with the developers about the future of the game, this could have been good. Instead, nothing remains of this once entertaining title.

***UPDATE 09.04.26 Nach über einem Jahr mal wieder zurück gekommen, und leider stark enttäuscht worden. Ich habe jetzt in den letzten 2 Wochen versucht immer mal wieder zumindest in eine Lobby zu kommen aber leider ist man im Menü gefangen, es spielt einfach niemand. Gilden sind Tod. Schade ist es, hier eine schlechte Review setzten zu müssen, da das Spiel alles im allen soliden Spaß bietet. Würde STARK davon abraten es für 30Euro zu kaufen, sollte sich nicht wieder eine Community finden. SCHADE *** Warteschlange ist bei 1:30 bis Max 5:00 Min... Habe jetzt den ganzen Tag getestet. Man kann immerhin auf die Server... Ich konnte Solo bis auf Lvl 10 leveln ohne Probleme. Bei Quest die das Töten anderer Spieler voraussetzen ist man allerdings darauf angewiesen das jemand genau so einsam durch den Weltraum driften möchte. Innerhalb der 6 Stunden die ich geschaut habe hatte ich 5 Runden mit vermutlich "echten" Mitspielern. ALSO WENN JEMAND DAS LIEST und ZUFÄLLIG zwischen 16-22 Uhr die EU server bevölkern mag :)
