Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Makis Adventure is the inaugural project from a young solo-developer and honestly, it plays as such. The love for the project pours from every pixel, but from a pure gaming perspective, it’s a little all over the map. Essentially, this is a small collection of mini-games held together by a rudimentary story and basic cast of characters, created by a passionate dev looking to test a variety of skills for the first time. Makis Adventure is limited in what it offers to a player, but can act as a stepping stone for Zoroarts to create bigger, more polished projects in the future, and we wish Matteo Covic all the best as he continues his journey through game development! While a vast majority of its gameplay ideas feel slapped together and experimental, the core Metroidvania elements of this one-man indie remain enjoyable – even if combat is a complete afterthought. Full Review: https://neoncloudff.wordpress.com/2023/08/02/now-playing-july-2023-edition/
Bon petit metroidvania, mais qui a pour défaut d'avoir une fin rushée. Dommage. Mais dans l'ensemble, je me suis bien amusé.
Wasn't sure what to expect at first, but there's a lot to like about this! Part of the fun for me was to see what would happen next, so I'll only encourage y'all to give this a try. The entire game is also fairly short, so you'll get around to everything quickly.
"such a cool-looking 2D metroidvania" "many fun ideas squeezed into a two-hour experience" "Both a lesson and an inspiration for other budding creatives" 5/10 Full review at https://darkzero.co.uk/game-reviews/makis-adventure-pc-review/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4uqy363vsg&list=PLCw43T4Hpduj0pdB3Ey0TOUVNup1BXf4X
Makis Adventure
gutes spiel
Makis Adventure is a fun and short 2.5D Metroidvania with side scrolling stages as well as an open water aspect that you will use later on to travel to different islands / biomes, it's about a character named Maki who ventures to take revenge on the monster giant Octavio who is ravaging the nearby seas. The open water aspect is fun which you can use to embark on nearby islands and complete them with many secrets and puzzles to solve. The developer was inspired by hollow knight designing this game and I really found it fun. Your character transformers into a shark the moment you touch water surfaces and goes back to his normal form once you're out of the water. The Controls were super solid and Transitions were smooth, I didn't face any bugs. The Dev released a major update recently which includes fun Mini Games and lots of polishing and bug fixes. I have tried all the mini games and they were a very nice add I can say. The soundtracks were great and the boss fights were amazing, not very challenging yet very fun to tackle. You will meet many NPCs on your journey who will offer you side quests for rewards. I can say the game was entertaining and short at the same time and it's really recommended if you love Metroidvanias in general. Overall Rating 10/10
Its not bad but a bit janky. The game is made by 1 person so props to him. The story is nonexistant basically. Theres a weird unnecessary 3d section shoehorned in for no good reason. The attack animation and non-boss combat is a bit janky with choppy animations. Platforming is decent but wall jumping can be finnicky. There are a good number of boss fights and theyre all unique. The game is super short, theres some time wasting minigames and side quests if you want. You unlock some new shark forms for puzzles and navigation but no real new weapons and only 1 total move, all you do is money is buy health potions basically. Its not a bad game and works well enough. You could do worse, and it gets a barely recommend from me. 6.5/10
