Great game if you wanna hate yourself and despise every ranked player, 10/10
Would recommend if you are learning after that go ahead and delete this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. Only way to win is to drop your wallet for an unrealistic game. You are better off buying the actual cards in real life and having human interaction then wasting your time on this awful RNG PTW riddled game.

Scumbag company that will continue to make predatory products with ever-increasing pricing while offloading creativity by reskinning magic cards with stuff like spongebob and marvel. They charge you more to put less creativity into their product than they did 10 years ago. Boo to WotC and they will not get another dime from me.
the things that are legal in this game make it unplayable
The game declined and I regurlaly play every 3 month to realise the poor current state. The mechanic is poor and only based on the first 3/4 turn. The price of draft is too expensive and you should pay now. There is some crash in the game so I recommend to log off every 2-3 games and log in again. There is at the moment so much better games now respcting your time please do not play this one. Also, I want to point out that there is too much extentions and now the univers is not coherent doing some collab with some universe. The graphic seems more artificial. There is better games respecting your time.
pay to win
this game is honestly ass, the only way to have fun is to spend hundreds of dollars on cards because to unlock card it takes way to long. and there are so many cheaters. its obv when they get the perfect set up at the start and you lose within first 3 rounds. and yes i know this is just like real life where you should spend money to buy cards, but its not a good idea bc all the cards you bouse in person does not matter they dont transfer. they need to make a way to report hackers and get cards easier, i played for 12 hours in a day and maybe i get a pack or two to open. not even my choice and to buy packs its expensive for no reason. and within the 12 hours i maybe bought two packs.
Forced daily chore game because they hate the players. You aren't capable of acquiring new cards or making meaningful progress without checking in every day. Pathetic. There's no reason to ever play this game for more than 30 minutes a day, ever. It's just so annoying because I just want to unlock four cards, but it can actually take weeks to get enough wildcards. Trash design that's intentionally built to boost retention numbers, not player enjoyment. Lifelong Fan Of MTG but this sucks
Genuinely, the worst MTG platform to play on. If anyone wants a recommendation, just find a few people on discord and hop on tabletop simulator. This isn't even worth anything. WotC is just the most greediest company. Even greedier than Ubisoft and that says something. After almost 500 hours, I'm leaving this god awful game. Also if you wanna check whether you are able to play the game, let's do some imaginative scenarios. If you like playing against the sweatiest thing known to mankind existence and LOVE bracket 5. Then you found your place. If you find it fun to play against EVERY deck that has interaction and getting your first 2-3 turns interrupted by god knows what monstrosity and no, it's not the keyword monstrosity. If you wanna get trampled by 1000 horses IN REAL LIFE and then have an even worse experience, then you should get it. IF YOU SAID ANY OF THESE WERE FUN OPTIONS! THEN I HOPE YOU ENJOY THE GAME! BECAUSE IT'S ALL BUT SUFFERING!
