Some bugs I’ve noticed that sometimes the correct pieces don’t lock into the puzzle even though they are correct . When this happens and you complete the puzzle it won’t finish the puzzle

Magic puzzles 06/24/2024 Updating review. App just updated and now the ads are more frequent and in still the middle of the puzzle. If you want a good app get jigsaw box. There are no ads and you can put the pieces in a tray. This allows you to have only the edge pieces on the screen if you desire. There are some nice options to pick from. Once again I am updating my review. This app totally stinks now. Used the to be a great app but not any longer. Watching an ad to do a puzzle is acceptable but having to watch multiple ads while solving is not. Most of the ads will lockup your device requiring you to open/close the app until you get an ad that doesn’t. Used to be if you missed an opportunity to do the bonus daily puzzle you could go back and do it but now you are required to pay for it. I have been a fan for many years but have finally gotten to the point where it is no longer worth the hassle. Not sorry to see it go! Update August 5, 2025 Latest update moved toolbar to left hand side which interferes with iPad users and is annoying. Puzzle pieces freeze when trying to remove from tray or move on the board. Also, moving a piece on the board triggers an ad. Don’t bother playing until updated. Puzzle constantly freezes. August 10. Freezing has become worse. App is worthless. September 21 The app is so glitched that it is no longer worth playing. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great puzzles but the ads🤯 I stuck with this app for a long time. I finally gave up as the ads are unbearable! Watching the same one over and over I’d ridiculous. And then you have to watch it twice. Dumb. I didn’t mind watching the one for a new puzzle or when I came back in. But you twitch and you are out to the internet. I even bought some but seriously you can’t afford to subscribe so there isn’t ads. I am off to another app. You need to improve.

Kathy I gave this a 2 because on my iPhone the top menu pulls down when I try to play puzzle pieces up there really irks me. Plus, worse of all, when I try to play pieces from the bottom row they resist movement and pull up the control panel. Ridiculous. Those technical problems have existed for a long time and I can’t believe they haven’t been fixed.

Put back Used to be good but now once you get the pieces in the correct spot they do not stay and once you move to the next section you can still move the whole puzzle. Please put it back the way it was so that the pieces stay in place once you find their correct spot.

Upgraded to receive no puzzles Current upgraded has locked up the game. I have watched 6 ads, to have no access to a puzzle. Maybe this is a way to create more revenue for the game? Very disappointed.

FIX THE DAMN APP!!!! Been doing these for years! You have a ton of ads to bring you money so you can update the app. Are you just getting rich from the app and don’t care about the people that use your app? Over 35 puzzles that I have finished that are in a folder of not completed puzzles. When I check the puzzle, it asks if I want to redo the puzzles. Please use the money and time to FIX THE DAMN APP!!!

All my progress and library gone. Such BS! I have been playing for years and my puzzles have disappeared. Packages I have bought and my history, and this is with me checking if I am signed in. Such a shame. Also, before my collections disappeared this app would prompt me to complete puzzles I already did! This is BS!

Love it BUT…… Too many Ads that seem to be in a loop and will not end so you can go back to the puzzle. Annoying.
