Overall a good game, but medium and high levels of difficulty get extremely hard after stage 10. After 200 attempts on Stage 13-4 it became clearly visible to me that I will not be able to complete that level, so that would be the end of my playthrough. The sphere path is extremely uneven and unfair, you get all the line packed in seconds and the spheres move just too fast to react. I don't know if that level is even possible to finish, you have to rely either to extreme color luck and good power-ups luck, or you have to cheat. Anyway, I decided that it was not worth any more of my time. Could not complete the game because of that. Since there's no way to change level of difficulty and keep the game's progress, I'm not replaying 18 hours of the game. :(
A real classic puzzle gem for casual playing; the name speaks for itself. I played this as a child back in 2008 on my DS where it was called "Luxor: Phararoh's Challenge" and now it feels just nostalgic. An easy to learn, hard to master game which becomes pretty challenging over time. Many forks are out there but this will always be the best. I'm glad i found this on Steam.

One of the absolute best classics of the casual puzzle genre but this time in HD! This is an good improvement over first Luxor and Luxor: Amun Rising, including their HD versions. Well worth playing in 2024 and beyond, the gameplay isn't super complicated but it does require fast thinking and acting and is varied with some pick up upgrades that help you along. 3 different modes total, that being Adventure mode, Survival mode and Practice mode guarantee that the game makes you want to come back to it, at least occasionally - Adventure mode is simple, you just progress a simple campaign from start to finish and get a high score at the end of it - Survival mode is what it sounds like, survive as long as you can and see what high score you can get at the end of it - Then we have Practice mode where you simply practice the levels you unlocked during Adventure mode, really gets as simple as that. As opposed to some of the negative reviews, the game does offer some variety when it comes to levels - While the core gameplay remains the same, the paths guarantee that you have to think about each level in an more or less different way. Graphics of the game are simple but looking very pretty even all these years later and the game has no problem running on modern systems right out of the box. This is an game good for short sessions or to come back to when you don't have much else to do but even then, it's well worth your time and money. The only faults that I can think of for this game is the lack of Steam Cloud support which makes it a bit annoying to transfer the saves between different machines but the game is well worth the money. Absolutely buy it if you want something nice and simple to play, although be careful of which difficulty mode you select! - If you want something that doesn't keep you on the edge of your seat all day, I wouldn't recommend going past Casual difficulty. Anyway, that's my review :3

if you like Luxor 1, you would probably enjoy Luxor 2. It's just more of the same. $10 is a bit too steep; would probably just wait for a sale instead.
Annemin en sevdiği oyunlarından biri tanesi o oynarken bende onu bazen seyrediyorum oldukça keyifli oluyor.
我很意外这个很老的游戏还能在我的电脑上运行。 I was surprised to see the production team reset this very old game.
If you plan to play this Luxor game, think twice if you are skilled and act quickly. If you lack any of these requirements, I would definitely recommend the original Luxor 2 over this, but you must get the game outside the steam (It won't work). All I want to say is that developer completely remained idle from testing the game before releasing, so do not play this game without practicing from other Luxor games.
This is my favorite Luxor game in the series. Innovative and Challenging. The only problem is that in the late game each stage is too prolonged and tedious, making the process repetitive.
