Low-Budget Repairs

It's nice, the building is satisfying, even if you've got to eyeball literally everything, the characters are sweet, but good god, so many loading screens. I put it on an SSD and it's still taking like a minute at times to load while my fans all simultaneously ramp up. Frames drop quite often. The physics break more things than help, it's like everything is spring loaded at times. There's so many issues with things casually clipping through the floor, had to reload a save to get my pressure washer back since it clipped out. I figured I'd use it indoors on the main house but oh well. If you can put up with these, then I reckon it's a decent game, make frequent saves for your own sanity. Can't really recommend as of right now, it's much too buggy. I'll attempt to finish it, since this is the closest we've gotten to something like landlord super in a while, and hopefully these quirks will be fixed later on and I'll change this review to reflect that.

I am enjoying the game, but still have many bug fixes to go. I am in the beginning of the game and got the first cabinet you have to put in the back of your truck I got it to disappear, had to restart previous save. Got a plant stuck inside a picture in the next area. Not sure how you are suppose to mark the holes in the wall to drill and hang a picture? Game has made me laugh a lot though. Keep going.

This is a great storyline game but a little short in my opinion. In my experience after the story i have no more motivation to complete the aunts house. Also the trailer isn't like the game honestly but i did enjoy the story. would not recommend paying full price for this game.

Holes are in the wall, paint is on the floor, furniture goes out the window— then comes back for more. The room is falling apart, nothing stays in place, and when the neighbors start to stare, we give them the finger in their face. No rules, no peace, just chaos running free. If everything is falling down, then that's where we'll be.
