Some of the quests could use a bit more explanation. Like when a certain upgraded is needed to complete a quest. If its supposed to be a puzzle that is fine, but let me know at least. Some of the quests seem to imply you can complete them with the equipment you have, but you actually can't. Over all very enjoyable game!

This game was amazing to play would recommend.
Did i Like this game? sure. Is it great game? .... ehhhh i would say "pretty good" but still far from "great" Do I recommend it? ... i would say yes, but with a few warnings. The game has an absolutely beautiful and colorful art direction, with lovely characters and a quite simple and straightforward story, coupled with nicely written dialogues. But there are still some issues that prevent the game to go from "pretty good" to "great" : - countless little bugs that are not at all progression breaking, but rather mild inconveniences. (thankfully the team seems quite listening to the community feedbacks) - the exploration and notably the "flying" part of the game feels a bit... underwhelming. some additional, more varied challenges or more looting options from the open world map would have been welcome. - finally, my biggest concern : the pacing of the game is quite impacted by real issues, notably by all the loading screens, and worst of all : the crafting system. - The biggest issue with the crafting system is that some late-game items take an insane amount of time and ressources to craft, which is... not that much of a problem if you just focus on the main story, but much more when you try to finish it to 100% or get all of the achievements (btw some of them seem to be bugged at the moment i write these lines, but then again, thankfully the devs are quite listening to the community's feedback and we can reasonably hope that this will be fixed)
really fun game
Great game. Still a few bugs to weed out, but it's worth it.
You play as the young nephew of Uncle Lou, a pilot who went to investigate the cause of a massive storm and never returned. The storm also disrupted the delivery lines connecting the islands of a tropical archipelago inhabited by humanoid animals. These creatures live and behave much like ordinary people, while you appear to be the only actual human in this world. After creating your character from a wide selection of outfits, colors, and accessories, you begin on the central island. Movement follows the standard platforming formula, allowing you to sprint, swim, climb vines, jump, and double jump. None of these actions consume stamina or energy, so you can run around freely without worrying about exhaustion. You can also swim away from islands, although there is a limit that prevents you from simply crossing the ocean to reach the distant islands you can see. There is no ancient evil or villain threatening the world, and combat is not part of the game. Instead, your main goal is to find your uncle, and help islanders with their problems. You do this by collecting resources and using them to rebuild objects. Resources are gathered with a gun like gadget called the swirler, and resource spots can be found throughout the islands. They become outlined when you get close, making them easier to locate. Gathering requires holding the fire button for several seconds while the resource breaks apart and gets sucked into your inventory. You start with a level 1 swirler, meaning that more valuable resources are initially out of reach. These spots are marked with a red outline. In addition to the outline, the lower right corner of the screen shows the resource type and the swirler level required to collect it. Not every resource spot can be harvested without resistance. Some are attached to living creatures, such as sheep or thieves, which fight back by charging at you or throwing objects. Their attacks are mainly designed to knock you down and interrupt the harvesting process, so you have to dodge while collecting. Interestingly, there is no health or damage system, and you cannot die. Resource spots respawn after several minutes, although your inventory has a limited capacity. Each resource type takes up its own inventory slot, and once you collect more than 99 units of a resource, the additional units require another slot. Fortunately, you can increase your inventory capacity by exploring the islands and finding chests. You can also transfer resources to your plane’s cargo hold, which is an even more useful way of managing your supplies. Chests can contain inventory upgrades, money, resources, and clothing, although the clothing is purely cosmetic and provides no additional benefits. The world map provides plenty of useful information. It shows the number of chests on each island, the types of resources available there, and the exact locations of characters. Some characters have an exclamation mark indicating a side quest. You can have multiple quests active at once, although only one can be pinned. A pinned quest either marks the exact location you need to visit or highlights an area on the map where you should search for a particular resource. I encountered at least one quest that could be completed before speaking to its giver, which caused it to become stuck and impossible to finish. Because of this, it is worth talking to every character offering a quest before completing its objectives. Besides the swirler, you can purchase four additional tools and upgrade all five tools several times. These include a fishing rod, a glider for reaching otherwise inaccessible areas, a scooper for uncovering things hidden underground, and a builder used to construct buildings. Both money and valuable resources are required for purchasing and upgrading the tools. Money can be earned by selling the resources you collect. Chests are not marked on the map, so finding them still requires exploration. The same is true for objects that need to be repaired. They are not specifically marked either, although you can identify them when you get close because the required resources and quantities are displayed on the objects themselves. Some repairs are connected to missions, while others are optional activities scattered around the world, such as repairing steps or restoring flowers. Some of these objects disappear after a certain amount of time, however, which means you can potentially waste resources if you do not act quickly enough. While some repairs only require basic resources, others require more advanced materials. These have to be produced from basic resources at various structures, after which you have to wait several seconds for them to finish. The resulting materials are not automatically added to your inventory. Instead, they drop out of the structure and have to be collected manually with the swirler. Before you can produce some advanced resources, you also need to unlock them using sparks earned from completing quests accepted through a job board. Travel between islands is handled by a plane. The controls are simple, with a boost available when you need some extra speed. Landing is also straightforward, as you can automatically land when flying over an island by pressing a button. One of the nicer touches is that you can fly into debris floating on the ocean or into balloons to collect free resources. These can occasionally contain money or advanced materials, although the latter are limited to the lowest tier. The opening hours are smooth and do a good job of establishing a colorful and charming adventure, but the usual problems associated with crafting focused games eventually become apparent. The biggest issue is the amount of time spent gathering resources and manually traveling between islands to find what you need. Producing advanced resources also requires returning to the base island, which adds even more backtracking. Fast travel becomes available later and helps considerably, but you still have to visit each island and repair its radio tower before you can use the option there. The economy can also feel restrictive. Tools and upgrades are expensive, meaning you often have to sell practically everything you collected during a trip just to afford the next upgrade. Those upgrades then allow you to harvest more valuable resources, creating a repetitive cycle of gathering, selling, upgrading, and gathering again. Progress is therefore deliberately slow and heavily focused on crafting and resource management rather than platforming. Overall, the game offers a colorful world, relaxed exploration, and a refreshing approach that completely avoids traditional combat. Its simple movement, character customization, plane travel, and restoration mechanics create an inviting start, while the large number of crafting and exploration activities gives you plenty to do. However, the heavy emphasis on resource gathering, backtracking, expensive upgrades, and gradual progression can make the experience feel repetitive. It is likely to appeal most to players who enjoy slow paced crafting and restoration games, while those looking for a stronger platforming focus or faster progression may find the constant resource management and traveling tedious.
