Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 10 → 3/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I’ve always loved Don’t Nod for their endearing characters, unlike Life Is Strange 2, which featured the most obnoxious and annoying protagonists in the series. In contrast, Lost Records recaptures the magic of the first game with a fresh plot, great voice acting, and a fantastic soundtrack. The story is gripping and blends suspense with a light horror vibe similar to IT or Stranger Things. However, the gameplay becomes tedious due to the repetitive filming mechanic, which lacks variety and makes exploration feel boring. The main drawback is that the game feels excessively short and the story is frustratingly truncated. It leaves many plot holes and major questions that will never be resolved because Don’t Nod scrapped any sequel plans due to low sales. The game is effectively dead, so do not believe rumors about a continuation. You should buy it for the atmosphere and interesting narrative, but be warned that the story ends abruptly with important details left completely unexplained.

This game is incredibly underrated, I finished the first tape with about 50% of all the optional content completed.. This game's story is brilliant and the characters feel very connected towards the end. Walking around the world feels great and seeing everything you recorded in VHS quality is amazing, the game definitely isn't Dont-Nod's best but it definitely has a special place in the genre. The game can be slow at times especially if you want to get some of the more optional content and the slow walking around larger sections of the game can be a bit repetitive but the game overall is amazing. I have decided to wait to play Tape 2, but so far I've enjoyed just the first tape and I think this game could've been much more with better marketing and if the performance was just a little better.. I haven't seen anything major about this game and it has a lot to offer! I don't know much about the representation they were trying to include but I definitely could tell that the game wasn't forcing it on you and you could still do whatever you felt like and have lots of options throughout the game The first half of the game definitely has a slog of things that don't really add to the overall story but definitely help you get adjusted to the world a little bit, but this game is brilliant.. - Some things I would like to point out is that as I said the performance isn't the greatest especially when your in the more cinematic parts of the game and after coming back to the game (after I forgot about it) I was having trouble with getting the game to start as it loaded but remained on a black screen but if you launch the game in windowed mode it fixes it and you can change it back to full-screen after. IF you like Dont-Nod's previous work then you will like this game too.
I like the game, the characters, the dialogues, the setting, pretty much everything about it. However the save system is like a middle finger to all the people that sometimes just need to leave their PC suddenly and immediately, or for whom the game would simply crash. There is no way to manually save the game, even by quitting and the checkpoints are way too far from each other. It depends how much time you spend exploring, but for me it easily reaches 30 minutes between the saves. And I already had it several times that I had to quit before I could save, so I had to replay the whole 30 minutes section again. But as if that wasn't enough - none of the dialogues are skippable. You can only skip some cutscenes, which are very few in comparison. Just because of that I can't recommend this game to anyone. I don't know why the developers couldn't be bothered to make the saving work the same as in 99% of games and allow to skip the dialogues. Why would you force the players to listen through it anyway? If you are doing a checkpoint system, then just trigger a save after every interaction and dialogue - otherwise let the players save whenever they want or AT LEAST when they exit the game.
was expecting more supernatural/horror elements, but the game is still a fun, cute 90's throwback
Bloom & Rage is definitely a Don't Nod game. Not because it says so in the game description (obviously), but because it features the typical Don't Nod characteristics that we've come to know since at least Life Is Strange 1: cinematic camera angles in the cutscenes, well-written dialogue, diverse characters with all their quirks and problems, social issues that are explored to varying degrees... and, of course, another great soundtrack—one that, while not quite on par with Life Is Strange 1, still sets the right mood for the story and captures that ’90s vibe. It should therefore be a must-buy for anyone who loves this kind of game or enjoyed Life Is Strange. I really hope that Bloom & Rage will get a sequel.
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is the absolute experience
First of all, even though I absolutely loved this game and highly recommend it, I can't recommend it to everyone. If you're looking for constant plot twists, fast-paced action, and intense gameplay, this might not be the game for you (although there are still some exceptions). However, if you want a great story, believable and natural characters, a soothing atmosphere, and some of the best soundtracks I've ever heard, then Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is 100% for you. The story takes its time to unfold (the first tape is a masterpiece), giving you plenty of time and opportunities to bond with the characters. The protagonist, Swann, is interesting and intriguing. Personally, I would have liked to see more character development from her, but she still grows alongside the player throughout the story. The gameplay and mechanics are great. For example, you can film almost anything at any time, and I personally loved that feature. The story is mysterious and occasionally even unsettling, yet it remains easy to follow and creates a truly memorable experience. It also captures the atmosphere of the 90s incredibly well. If I had to describe my feelings about this game with a single song, it would be "Natalie" by Milk & Bone. Of course, the game has its flaws, but I loved it despite them, perhaps even because of some of them. Together, they create a unique and unforgettable experience. After all, this is not just a game to me. It feels like another life that you want to fully immerse yourself in. Thank you forever, Don't Nod.
this game was so incredible, i cried and then booked a tattoo the next day. yes the tattoo is based on the game,
