VERY VERY useful for getting up to your monitor's refresh rate. I use it mostly for Destiny 2, and trust me when I say, my pc cannot supply my monitor with 360fps. I get around 200, and this brings it up to 360 no problem with minimal issues.

Best 7 dollars ive spent. literally doubles my frames. great for minecraft java with shaders and distant horisons. went from 60fps to 120fps and almost no visual downgrade. there was a tiny bit of gostinig in minecraft bedrock tho. the playtime thingy is messed up but i played a lot longer with it. definently worth it if u have a computer that can handle it.
