This really is one of the best puzzle games ever made. I can't remember the last time I needed an actual pen and paper to take notes and sketch out symbols to solve puzzles in a video game. Some of them seem very challenging when you first stumble across them but every single one was so logical and well-crafted. Absolutely everything can be solved using what you find within the game itself with some exploration and/or critical thinking. I really loved it and would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys a good puzzle, or like 100+ good puzzles and an interesting story in this case.
Вообще, удивительное дело, почти все головоломки сложные, но ты можешь додуматься до них. Нет такого, что надо знать географию, химию, физику и ещё кучу отсылок. Но игра основана на математике, математику знать надо... Возможно, лучшие головоломки, в которые я играл вообще. Ну, может Обра Динн может потестнить, но там другое.

Jogo com ambientação, história e gameplay crípticos, sombrios e interessantíssimos. O jogo te apresenta todos os puzzles de uma vez, e você vai resolvendo eles conforme vai adquirindo conhecimento. Ótima implementação de backtracking, sem ser maçante. Apesar de sombrio, o jogo não tem intenção de assustar, ou aterrorizar, e consegue ser engraçado, com timings de comédia perfeitos. O som é maravilhoso, as músicas dão vida a casa, e criam momentos inesquecíveis. O roteiro é confusamente interessante, e conforme vai entendendo o papel de cada personagem, você quer aprender cada vez mais. O lado negativo está na utilização de apenas um botão para interagir com qualquer coisa. Fica frustrante interagir com um objeto que não queria pra abrir o menu. Você sempre tem que ficar virando pra algum nada pra abrir esse menu, e querer sair de menus significa apertar mil botões.

Great puzzle / mystery solver with a decent spook factor that isn't over the top scary.
At its core, LatLE is a code-breaking game - you collect info scattered throughout the world and decipher it to open various locks. What makes it stand out is just how many types of clues it combines and how well all of it is packaged, with a mysterious premise, unique visuals, uncanny characters and a structure that presents you with various goals to pursue without ever quite knowing which lock is going to open a new clue or an entire new chapter of the game.
