Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 22 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
I maybe didn't go into this with the right expectations, coming off of playing Blue Prince where the puzzles are complex and the layers deep. This game, in comparison, has often quite simple puzzles and really only one layer of depth (in terms of the gameplay). Opting for more of a straight forward lock and key puzzle design. Solving these individual puzzles was enjoyable at times, but also sometimes just felt like quaint busywork. I couldn't make heads or tails of the narrative they were trying to tell until much later in the game. In the end, I enjoyed the story and framing around it. My problem was mainly just the sheer amount of text they throw at you, some important, but a lot that was kindof just fluff and filler. And I couldn't tell the two apart. There's a lot of fun visual shenanigans that this game employs that I thought were neat. The atmosphere also gets downright spooky at times. I played through this with a couple friends and a pen and paper. We were definitely very intrigued for the first third of the game at least, getting bogged down as it progressed by pacing and the lack of puzzle complexity. It took us 2 whole months to sit through and finish it. There were a number of nights of playing it where I was dozing off while my friends made progress. Overall I liked the game, but it didn't blow me away.

A game for literal Mensa members, and I mean it, don't buy it, if you are not ready mentally. The game is actually tricky, you cannot even search for ready answers online, because each copy of the game is semi-unique, and you will have your own generated order of puzzels/numbers, etc. No kidding (mini spoiler) - openings to shortcuts are answers from IQ tests (order of which as I mentioned is semi-unique), but this is literally the easiest part of the game (yes, IQ testes are the easiest part of the game). Other puzzels are usually more complicated, because you have to use more elements (visuals, numbers, words) from the enviroment from the game to resolve a specific puzzle, or open multiple doors or puzzels to have acces to another one, and often times there is no hint which element it could be used for. You will have to use a lot of intuition in the game. Moreover - you have to use your actual memory, because even tho the visuals of some puzzles in games are saved in your "photographic memory" you have to at least remember you have seen something like this or have any idea where to look for certain things. You will need a calculator from time to time (this is build in the game btw) and knowlegde about world (like roman numbers, basic astrology etc). I have been stuck many times in gameplay, but damn no other game I have seen have been this delightfully mentally challenging. There is even a game in the game (yes) which has controls same as in old Silent Hills games, very nice touch. Aside from gameplay - game is visually pleasing and elaborate, the map is huge, hotel and surroundings have a lot of locations, levels and rooms, especially considering this is a puzzle game. Soundtrack is very decent too. This game is an expirience, that someone put a lot of mind and heart into.
An excellent big puzzle game that feels like what Blue Prince, but without the annoying and pointless randomness. Every puzzle is hand-placed, requires almost zero outside knowledge, most of the times confined to the immediate area and usually has multiple hints somewhere on how to progress. Because it's made so well, I never had to look up anything to complete it fully (just forgot to spend money before ending or I would have had 100% on the first playthrough). The puzzles are clever and varied and reward you for keeping a pen and paper by your side to note down information. I used up two A4 sheets from both sides by the end, and it felt great using them. If I had to point out a small flaw is that on two accounts I encountered difficulties progressing not because the puzzles were difficult, but because I didn't notice a small part of the minimalistic UI. One of them was not noticing that a document had multiple pages that I could scroll through and the other was not noticing that I could interact with an object so I had to draw it myself on a piece of paper. Definitely a big recommend to any lovers of big puzzle games.
This is basically Myst or Riven with a Resident Evil style fixed camera angles and tank controls system. The artwork and style of this game is truly revolutionary. I loved the colors and environment aspects of this. This game is literally just "play for 5 minutes then have 800 tons of puzzles dropped on you to solve on your own." I would say overall that I think this game is really good for what it is but I got exhausted pretty rapidly and put the game down and don't intend to return to it. But to not give it a positive review would be remiss on my part because if you're looking for a Myst or Riven, this is an EXCELLENT game. I think if they padded the game a bit in between the puzzles with more story or something maybe I could give it a better written review but its "puzzle brutality" is simply above my pay grade. The art style is phenomenal and I would love to see a game made in this style in more of a survival horror vein... that would be incredible.
my buddy and I chose this game as the next puzzle adventure to get into because we can't help but love a good haunted mansion puzzle and the style/aesthetic of the game had us hooked very quickly. And man, this was a blast to get through. the puzzle design was fantastic, the game does sooo well to teach you its specific way of thinking and then continues to challenge you to adapt that line of thought until it becomes more and more abstract. There's specific key words and dates that will be burned into you to permanently you unconsciously start looking for them and suddenly see them everywhere. (I'm very glad that my buddy is very good at rotating things in his mind, and I'm pretty good at math, through our combined powers we managed to solve most puzzles pretty quickly heh.) The writing was phenomenal, especially the script pages had us hooked, the way the story was told in pictures and screenplays and videos and videogames and fairytales - it's theatre and cinema in more than one way. I think we spend a good chunk of our time playing this game talking about possible ways to interpret conversations or scripts or diary entries. Also, I tell you what, it's extremely fun to act out certain script pages with another person! However, we both would have liked for the game to have to say a little more about the themes that it used. Even the ending while confirming a bunch of our interpretations, left a few things open that we would have liked to have an expansion on. But. It is a very good game. Especially because a) banger soundtrack (especially thee credit song is worth playing through this game) and b) you can pet the dog many many times and the animations are fantastic 10/10 So, it's gonna be a recommendation from me, and a personal tip to stream for and play this with another (artistic) friend! (also, we finished the game at exactly 18:47 o'clock. if you know you know)
Lorelei and the laser eyes
Simply a masterpiece. This is the pinnacle of its genre. Everything about the game is great. The story, the puzzles, the visuals, etc.
