Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 22 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Lorelei and the Laser Eyes is a weird, stylish, bizarre, incredible puzzle game, signorina. After greatly enjoying Blue Prince last year, I heard Lorelei and the Laser Eyes shared some qualities (exploring a big manor, lots of interconnected puzzles, take notes while you play, and so on) and having played the game, I can see that comparison. I think what Lorelei and the Laser Eyes does even better than Blue Prince is being a contained experience. I was hooked from the jump and finished maybe the last quarter of the game in a feverish weekend afternoon. I couldn't put it down until I finished it. To me the sweet spot of any puzzle game is that the puzzles are tough enough that I feel smart when I figure them out but not so tough that I am completely baffled and have no idea what's going on. Lorelei and the Laser Eyes threads this needle perfectly. The number of times I thought, "This couldn't be the answer...could it?" and dear reader, wouldn't you know it, it was! That just feels so good every single time. The puzzles are the reason for the season, but they only work because they have this strange dream logic where everything feels connected even when ostensibly things are very separate. This is all tied back into the awesome aesthetic that reinforces the game's themes and allows your brain to connect seemingly unrelated topics like lunar cycles and the agony of being a misunderstood artist. After finishing the game, I'm not even entirely sure what it is literally about, but I know what it is metaphorically about and sometimes that's even more important. I'll say no more about this excellent game. You have to play it for yourself. Be surprised, be delighted. Hope you enjoy it!

I wasn't sure what I'd make of this going in. It's a highly stylistic puzzle game centred around a compelling mystery. Almost like The Blue Prince if it wasn't random, crossed with the mansion in Resident Evil, but also much stranger. Twin Peaks style strange. I think it's worth pushing through some fairly common criticisms of the game, namely the extraordinarily clunky single button controls (you have directional movement and then a context sensitive button that either interacts or opens your status page/inventory), and the IQ puzzles that are used to open shortcuts. Just use a guide for that if you need to, as it only helps you to navigate the hotel more easily. That said, hose who love games that require deduction and investigation will have a great time. You are not quite dumped into the deep end with no hand holding, but very soon in the game you will be given free reign to explore and this is essentially where you can end up with a couple of dozen separate things to investigate (and solve) with no clear idea of how you might do that. Clues will be found in the game's world and in documents you find, and oftentimes the answer is facepalmingly simpler than you first imagine. There is, however, good variety here. My biggest gripe has to be somewhere in the middle of the game where you start getting chased around the map. It's actually a fun little mechanic that subverts your expectations but it totally outstays its welcome. The presence of an implied threat doesn't really add anything but frustration to an already foreboding atmosphere. I'll leave the story element out of this as the less you know, I think, the better. Definitely recommended, still, but what could be a 10/10 deductive mystery game does get brought down by a couple of janky gameplay elements.
Gros coup de cœur pour ce jeu.
Fantastic game. If you enjoy puzzles and mystery games with a very unique atmosphere, I couldn't recommend this more. Such a great time. You likely will get stuck but if you do, try to avoid looking up solutions. You may spend minutes, hours, or days on some puzzles but if you can do it blindly, I believe it's incredibly rewarding. Those "Eureka" moments are so good once you finally solve a puzzle you've been stuck on. This game also does things with reflections, camera angles, perspective, controls that I haven't experienced in other games. You'll definitely want to keep a pen and a journal nearby. I ended up with over 10 complete pages, front and back of notes to solve the puzzles throughout the game. Pay attention, keep an open mind, don't be afraid to think outside of the box when solving puzzles in the game. Definitely going to keep an eye on the future releases of this developer, because it's just that good.
Best puzzle game I've played ever in my life.
monolithic. an absolute masterpiece of genre and storytelling. jodorowskian, lynchian, 1847-ian. who's ian? freelancer i work with, irrelevant. like the two-tailed dove, a video game can only fly so high, ha ha! and yet... fly she does! of wax wings and bitter birdseed... fly while you can... 0/10 no laser puzzles, go play the talos principle 3 in 2027 (the future)
This is a masterpiece. Might be one of the best puzzle games ever made. Play it.

I went in to this game not expecting much, but I came out with a changed outlook on what puzzle games can be. Since beating this game, it has stayed in my top 5 games ever and I can't think of any game that has ever been more satisfying or made me feel smarter than this game did. This was my first ever video game where keeping notes IRL was mandatory and I was unsure how I felt about it at the time. However, I soon realized that the difficulty/intricacy of these puzzles were perfectly tuned for the most enjoyable experience possible for me. The downside is that this game's puzzles will be too difficult to the point of frustration for some people, but the puzzles might also be too easy for more hardcore puzzle enthusiasts (though, I'm sure this is a problem that every puzzle game runs into). All I know is that I was a casual puzzle game enjoyer when I started this game and I had one of the best video game experiences I've ever had up to this point and I know that I will have fond memories of this game for the rest of my life. Oh and here's some quick notes on everything other than the puzzles themselves: Soundtrack: Amazing Visuals: Stunning Gameplay: Old school camera angles and everything else are perfect Atmosphere/Environments: Perfectly weird, beautiful, and interesting Story: Pretty good but the one thing that didn't really make me feel much Pacing: Spot on, but I would highly recommended to take breaks if you get stuck on anything All in all, playing this game was one of the best decisions I ever made! If you are curious about the game or have any interest in playing it, I would highly recommend it as I hope that everyone can have the experience I had with it.
