a good horror game, a good survival game, and a great rpg! this game nails everything it was going for. if you are very sensitive to body horror and/or gore you should proceed with caution, however, this game is very good and i think having to deal with a bit of cartoon gore whist i play the best rpg ive ever seen is worth it!

The vibe is spooky and the art is really cool, but i was kinda just bored the whole time. Traveling around the map is also mind numbing and the thought of continuing to do that was making my stomach hurt lol. Like I just didn't want to. The combat is astoundingly mediocre, which could have been fine if any other part of the game drew me in. Also I recommend just doing away with the weapon durability mechanic altogether. The combat is boring enough without little frustations like that added in. Also I've read reviews and people have lost alot of progress to some pretty wacky things and I'm really grateful that I quit before I ran into that lol I have heard the story is pretty good, so I'm gonna watch some youtube videos to see what's up and let someone else deal with playing the game. I still recommend this game because of how cheap it is for how much content it seems to have. The current sale is $6 so even though I only played an hour and will play no more, I'm not even gonna bother refunding it.
