As one of the people in chat said as I was streaming this "Long night. More like short night" I completed this in less than an hour. Honestly the game isn't bad but it's insanely short. There is the office that you can go to which is optional but after a couple puzzles I could only find some more story elements and 'plot twists' Correct me if I'm wrong but out of a group of friends you go to the camp with. You only find one. It turns into a mess. And then the game ends abruptly. I was just sitting there thinking "What just happened. Was that really the end?" Mainly because of how short it was. I was expecting at least another hour or 2 of gameplay but no. You save one of your friends. (Or something. Idk. The game turns into an utter mess less than 20 mins in) And then The end. Main menu. I get that this is only Episode one but still. For the price being asked. A sup par game with less than an hour gameplay just isn't worth it in my opinion. If when all the episodes come out you can get them in a bundle for cheap then sure. Maybe all 3 episodes will satisfy my approval. But rn. It's way too short for the price especially for just one episode

Oh hey lady! Wait don't kill me! (Also, where are those 2 episodes??!) [I know, they closed down] + : great artwork, ok sounds, playable graphics (not great tho), weird story, gamepad supp - : it will never be finished, camera stupid af, sometimes buggy, bad controls Buy at your OWN RISK! 2.5/10 would ask the killer lady out again (died 100% worth it) [nah lol run away]

Zero stars. This game looks good but that is all it has going for it since it needs to fool gamers into buying it! I just played it for the first time and I'm running from some banshee chic, but my avatar runs out of breath of I run for to long. Nothing in the environment reacts to the interact button, the story is a bunch of stills which I can forgive but to call a game "like the classic survival horrror games of old" can only be true if the classic Resident Evil, and Silent Hill games sucked!!!!! This game has no atmospherte, no patients for building up tension and is just plain bad. Don't buy this one. Torrent the game and then delete it because this is how bad it sucks.
The game is short, incomplete. About 2 hours. It was supposed to be part 1 of 3 but the studio supposedly shut down. Has potential.

The animation sequences were pretty cool and well made... albeit the subtitles were sometimes hard to read due to how fast they were going. They also had occasional typos i.e. "loose the control". The old school aesthetic and environment were both well done. Now for the not so great parts... you play as a guy trying to find his friends at a haunted campground. If you're not in one of the couple houses that you can access, you often have to run away from some demon lady. There are a limited number of hiding spots you can use, or you run for a while until she gives up. The running part wouldn't be as bad if it weren't for the biggest issue this game has: the camera angles. The third person camera snaps to predetermined angles for every area. It's disorienting as all hell, especially when you're trying to run away. There are also several times were they use a rotated camera angle making it further confusing. There are other unpolished aspects, such as the UI when picking up a note being a completely out of place wall of text. Another issue is that there is just not much gameplay here. As mentioned, there are only a couple houses that you can go into. Similarly, there are only a couple puzzles to solve. This was originally planned to be a full game, but was ultimately split into episodes. Since the development studio shutdown, there will be no episode 2 and this one ended on a cliffhanger. I think for $5 you can definitely find better games to spend your time and money on.
Tags: 3PSurv - Third Person Survival Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Abandonned episodic. Kind of like Resident Evil without combat. Oustanding Issues: -Too dark to see anything at times -Cat & Mouse/Runner segments happen too often, are too confusing and failing them triggers unskipable cutscenes -The world setting makes no sense, shifting from a campfire story to a B movie slasher at the cabin setting to supernatural to dream sequences. -Internal consistency of game world becomes looser as you progress and ends unsatisfyingly with abrupt nonsense ending -The puzzles were just inventory based fetch quests, some of them from hotspots that only become lootable after you fire a certain sequence of scripting in-game which makes interactivity confusing and forces you to try everything multiple times if you get stuck
