Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
Boring gameplay, boring combat.
a collection of mostly very boring mini stories if you can even call that a "story" it's like a single mission out of an RPG like you are starting 10 different rpgs and only play the prologue. Fighting system is somewhat fun in the first few minutes but gets boring rather fast and the difference in difficulty is insane, some stories seem overly easy while others have me more dead than alive.
Never heard of this game but its fun! Very different to what i expected from a JRPG.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.33/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Trop ennuyant malheureusement il y a 0 difficultés !
Amazing game. I don't think I need to play it again, but this was one of the best RPGs I've ever played. The game is very self aware, it's a fun ride. The story is absolutely top notch, while the gameplay is also great. I will say it's a game of it's time. Don't expect super complex mechanics ok.
An ABSOLUTE masterpiece of an JRPG, I had a lot of fun 100%'ing this game!!
This RPG, underrated as they come, was a cult classic from the SNES that never made it overseas when it first came out in Japan thirty years ago. Now it's back, and they've given it a much-needed "HD 2D" facelift (think Octopath Traveller). It looks and plays beautifully. A remake this high-quality only comes once in a blue moon: they've added voice acting and a bunch of quality-of-life upgrades. Even if you're one of the lucky people who got to play the original, I'd recommend this remake just so you can re-live LIVE A LIVE. So, what's this game about? Well, it's a little hard to say. Unlike most RPGs, LIVE A LIVE goes for a weirdly open approach. You're given the chance to tackle seven completely different stories, set in completely different time periods. There's a level set in the caveman days, before written language, so all of the characters "speak" in little pictures; a story about the old master of an ancient Chinese martial art finding a successor; a Western starring the Clint Eastwood-esque "Sundown Kid"; a futuristic horror game that riffs on "2001: A Space Odyssey"; a Shakespearean tragedy complete with iambic pentameter in all the dialogue; the list goes on. Don't get confused. It'll all come together for the eighth and ninth chapters at the very end. The story is definitely the big draw here, as well as the characters themselves -- a different mangaka did the art direction for each chapter, which makes every new story feel fresh and novel. Gameplay-wise, it's a pretty simple tactical RPG where you move across a grid and try to kill all the bad guys on the screen. A few characters have their own little overworld gimmick, like telepathy, scent-tracking, or blending into the background to hide from enemies. Nothing too much to write home about here, but I will note that Toby Fox is a big fan -- there are certain sections where you're given the choice between sparing and killing certain enemies, which inspired Undertale and Deltarune. If you like JRPGs, anthology series, or retro games in general, you'll love LIVE A LIVE. I'm a 2000s kid, but this game gave me a nostalgia for the '90s I never knew I could have!
Translation issues aside, this is 100% the best way to play this game.
