Little Kitty, Big City

While it is a pretty cute game, I don't think the execution is worth the cost, although if it's on sale then maybe it's worth it. If there was a middle option in steam ratings I would have gone with that. The jumping and climbing feels a little clunky with the jump indicator not accurately showing where you will land and it feels quite tedious to re-do a platforming section because the indicator was off. None of my other complaints are particularly egregious but has left me feeling just moderately underwhelmed wanting a smoother experience.

Очень понравилась данная игра! Сюжет потрясающе милый, много интересных персонажей, действий, секреток, даже есть гача с костюмами. Особенно понравилось сбивать людей с ног и воровать у них еду, а еще ловить птиц (очень хорошо что кот их не ест, ибо тогда игра казалась бы жестокой). Но также есть некоторые минусы в виде багов. Их тут реально много, за все время наверное встретила около 7-10 раз. Когда отодвигаешь некоторые конусы то можно просто провалиться под текстуры (у меня даже есть запись стрима где я под них провалилась и не могла выбраться, нашла даже дырку куда можно было прыгнуть и я просто бесконечно падала в итоге). Также несколько раз застревала между мусорками и вентилятором (они вообще зло). Так что баги как по мне немного ограничивают изучение мира и это может раздражать, ибо не хочется лишний раз перезагружать игру и боишься потерять прогресс. Но в целом игру я рекомендую ибо она реально крутая, надеюсь что когда-нибудь баги будут пофикшены чтоб новые игроки с ними не столкнулись.

i think this game is purrfect!!

This game relaxed me after a stressful workweek, and I enjoyed playing as a mischievous little kitty stealing phones and bagels while also helping local animals. There were 2 instances of bugs that I encountered, namely when jumping down from high spots on buildings. Kitty would be in a standing position mid-air, able to meow and lightly rotate, but the game would play the claws-to-the-wall sound. I wouldn't be able to move or jump or escape from that state unless I load my previous save or quit to main menu. Another was when Kitty was at a home shrine, near a nap spot. While on the ground, Kitty would play the animation of landing/jumping while playing the corresponding sound. Kitty would be stuck in that state but when moving a few steps further, everything's fixed. But when returning to that area, the error persists. Those minor issues aside, I enjoy everything else about this game! I love the music in particular. Highly recommended if you're a cat lover, or a cat non-lover.

cat customizer is good but the rest of the game is meh wait for a sale if you're really interested
