Throw your toys into your fire, and play with them as they burn. An adventure that takes place almost entirely in front of a fireplace - about looking up up up out of the chimney, and the cold world just on the other side of the wall. From the creators of World of Goo and Human Resource Machine.

I absolutely love this game. There is something about it that just keeps me drawn to it. Just tune the world out and burn things in your Little Inferno!
"Error: unhandled exception" continuously crashes the game (starting at collection 2), but anything that was placed and you hadn't collected money from is also lost so you're left with no money alongside the crash.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Little Inferno
никогда не думал что игра про зжигание вещей так затянет оссобенно я думаю это будет атмосферно играть в Рождество/Новый Год тогда вообще вайб будет 100% рекомендую
There are no surprises
Listen. From the second you stumbled upon this game you already know if you will like it or not. It’s an abstract parable about a child (you) burning things down in a fireplace which is a corporate product. You order things in a catalogue, you wait for them to arrive, you set them on fire so you could get more coins and unlock more things to set on fire. If you feel extra fancy, you can also try and discover 99 combos disguised in a form of simple riddles. Sure, “simple” is how one could describe the entire game, in fact. But it gets a lot more complicated when you start to look into the details. It’s hard to believe that this little game we got here is over 13 years old. And for the most part, it aged quite nicely. The artstyle walks the fine line between being dark and funny, the soundtrack is competent and is of high quality and the game overall looks and plays surprisingly fluid for its age. Not to mention the flame itself which might be some of the best looking fire in the entire industry till this very day. All of this makes it feel like you are playing a modern title, which is especially impressive, considering this game was made by just 3 people. So why is this review a negative then? Well, problems start when this modern look meets modern expectations. For a game this slick it feels especially annoying to not have a “close catalogue” shortcut button. Sounds like a minor thing, but mind you, you will be going back and forth between these menus several times a minute. This also kills any enjoyment you might get from the soundtrack simply because going from the default moody ambient to the cheerful catalogue theme every 15 seconds starts to resemble watching YouTube shorts a little too soon. And then there’s more. Why do i have to wait actual real life minutes for some items to arrive? There IS a currency to skip the delivery time, but starting the game you have no idea how many of these tickets you are going to get. In the end, it took me two thirds of my playthrough to realize that there’s no use in saving them for later. I might be not of the highest intelligence, but then again - why is this scammy mobile game mechanic here in the first place? The combos are no better. Some of them are pretty obvious and fun to figure out, while the others make absolutely no sense. Sometimes they require you to use literal thinking, sometimes you have to paraphrase the riddle, sometimes it feels like you are playing a quest game from the 80's. I have no shame admitting i started to use a guide halfway through the run. It’s fun to do some experiments, but it suddenly stops being so when you have a two minute timer to sit through before you’ll be able to buy the item again. I gave a riddle some thought and if it was too tricky, i turned my eye to the solution. And that’s the way i recommend you do it. It took me 4 hours to beat the game with all the achievements and one thing i can say is that i wish it took me an hour less. Except it’s not truth, because even if i choose to ignore this one achievement when you get around five unique items over the course of the game, but only one of these actually matters and you need to somehow predict that you’ll need it later - there is something a lot worse. You see, ten years after the game’s release the devs have decided to make for it a paid DLC. Which is absolutely fine. What is not fine is to add three new achievements tied to this PAID DLC to the base game! I don’t care that it’s cheap - it is not free, it is not included in the package - you have to pay money to get access to a couple of challenges which possess zero challenge. It is not just lame - it is a certified sin. But the plot twist is that, ultimately, all of it is just my rant. I have told the truth in the very beginning and even the game’s finale will not change anything for you. If you like what you see - you will like what you’ll get and the ending will make it even better. If it’s not your cup of tea - nothing will change and the best you can get from the ending is the relief that at least it all wasn’t for nothing. And it’s not hard to guess that i fall into the latter. Little Inferno is not a bad game. But it is not for everyone. And i just happened to be “not everyone”. I feel kind of bad for leaving this negative review, but at the end of the day, the phrasing of the grade serves me as a saving stick.
This is a good game. But not the one i’d recommend.
short but very much a fun game to play. played it on switch way back and ended up buying here to finish it. rather enjoyed going through all the combos again and see to it to finish the game ^^
good fun and nostalgic
If you avoid fire in real life because it's morally wrong to be a pyromaniac, this game is absolutely for you. Don't let the 2012 release date push you away. This game contains the best firing simulation I have ever experienced in a video game. It has quite silly humor and a flash-like art style. I gotta be honest I'm neutral towards the ending, I didn't get the point of it. Still, I absolutely recommend it, I consider it a must play indie classic.
