Необычный хоррор на 1-2 часа.. больше написать нечего, лучше поиграйте в бесплатное демо. За сколько проходится, точно сказать не могу, потому что отходил несколько раз, пока игра была запущена, а стим это не учитывает.
one of the best VR games you can ever try out, i'm fr. gameplay is good, graphics and style are good. scary at times. and in general very pleasant mechanics and gameplay, what is very uncommon for vr. if you wanna have a great vr experience and enjoy cool vr game, that's what you're looking for. very playable on linux btw.
Creepy type of horror game. I played it through over 2 sessions on Quest via Virtual Desktop.
The demo for this game is basically the first 3rd of the game. It's interesting enough to wonder where the game will go from this point. After playing the full game, I can say it just repeats the same loop 2 more times. It really doesn't expand on the initial idea, the final reveal/symbolism isn't exactly subtle, and all of its best ideas are in the first 3rd of the game. As an experience, it's somewhat enjoyable. As a game, it's really primitive and sometimes annoying. As a story, it's extremely thin and pretentious
it's about depression and video games
. As a whole, it's very disappointing. What's that painting for? Don't know. What's that Frankenstein's monster in the inner-game world? Don't know. What's that static figure? Don't know. What's that shadow figure? Don't know. Almost all of the things it introduces are just decorative and filler. It's icing on a cake, but there's no cake.
Works on Reverb G2. LIMINAL PHASE is a retro VR horror with shooter elements. It has some very effective yet tasteful jumpscares and general creepy atmosphere. Exploration and horror parts are great, it is full of secrets and surprises. Shooting sections are bland, but they are not in the focus. The game is only 1-1.5 hours long and encourages multiple playthroughs to discover all the hidden stuff, but I've found my 2nd time around much less enjoyable, since the spooky atmosphere evaporates with repetition.
Played the demo and immediately wanted to get the full game to get more. I love the mix of scp based horror and morbid humor. The game feeling really immersive with all the interact-able items and good use of VR controls
I'd highly recommend this game for the price you pay! A game with an odd story that you have to kind of scrounge to figure out, and has a, possibly, uplifting story depend on how you decide the 'end' is. Fairly easy to control (Even if switching items is a bit odd). For the price of a combo meal (Actually, less than a lot of them), I think it's a pretty darn fun game, especially if you're someone to poke around every corner, and love bumping against walls for hidden treats.
