It's simply your childhood games brought back. Wish more older games would be brought to steam. I have so many older games on disks that no computer today can read and if they can read it they can't instal it...

I used to play a little Star Stable years ago! So far looks like it's kind of like that and I'm enjoying my time with it! Also I kind of like the controller layout, am I weird?
A childhood game I enjoyed with my brother when we had a PS2. I was so excited to get this game, having been a huge horse nerd as a kid(still am), that I told my mom straight that I was going to play it when we had chores to do lol. A nice step away from dressage with its western event focus combined with tight turns and the ability to slow down quick from a full gallop is lovely. Taking care of the horses isn't a chore, realistically going into the stall instead of it being some generic feed/water horse- no annoying hoof minigame either, just a quick grooming session and your horse is ready to go again! The trail riding area is small and could be bigger, but other than that- Highly recommend!
