This is a fun idler, though my experience with it indicates that progression might be a bit faster than its contemporaries. Whether or not that's a good thing is up to you.
My review after 100% completion: Lazy Galaxy is very easy to pick up for beginners in idler genre. The gameplay mechanism is pretty solid and intuitive. You gather resources and level up your buildings and create warships to conquer the star system and galaxy. You will make constant progress and will eventually get the whole galaxy fully conquered. Recommend? Yes, but only for those who love this genre and bear in mind that this game has no complex mechanism and gameplay is pretty basic.

A basic idle game core equipped with an incredibly tedious autobattler system that you immediately automate fully and then just watch for half an hour before being allowed to make another input. Then once you reach a certain point it just sort of peters out because the devs did not bother to include any sort of end game, just a bunch of virtually unreachable "gain 1000000 of [resource]" achievements that seem to be the end goal. Edit: I should say, the in-game achievements mentioned above are not the same as the Steam achievements. You can 100% the Steam achievements in a few hours at most, and should probably see the game as "finished" at that point without bothering with the in-game ones.
Not going to lie I got this game for like $1.24 or something like that on sale and it was an enjoyable experience. I played 15 hours of almost all active play time and I got enough out of it for what I wanted. It isn't anything that will blow your socks off but it is really nice for what it is and I had a great time as a second monitor game. It is worth it for that price to have a new experience in a genre that hasn't done a whole lot in the recent years. This is an oldie so if you are someone whose been around the idle/incremental scene and haven't gotten to this one yet, might be worth it just to say "hey I did it". It is a prestige heavy game which is why I decided maybe I'll shelf it instead of continue on but I did do my fair share of resets to gain more permanent progression. There are still a ton of achieves I haven't gotten to of course and there is still new stuff I have yet to see.
i truly hope this becomes a saga of dozens! as the first release of this saga i am pleasantly surprised of the mechanical depth and care taken into the making into this game, its quirky, its fun, its addictive and can be broken if you have enough neuron upgrades in your own brain. my only complain is that even tough the mods are easy to make through a simple XML code, people have paid zero attention to one of the simplest modding scenes ever created, which honestly... surprises and saddens me. for a first release i give it a solid 8.3/10, im downloading the 2nd release as i write these words and im in love with the saga already.
It's an idle / clicker game. So if you've played one before you know what you get. This one is a little bit more repetetive as others as you have to rebuild your planet each time. The price is okay-ish as it isn't the best clicker/idler but also it isn't the worst. It is something inbetween.
Good, but not great
Not too fun, doesn't know what type of game it wants to be
I'd pick it up on sale. It's fun, but doesn't have enough content or depth after a few hours and some offline progress.
