Landlord Simulator

Fun, detailed landlord tycoon game. Really excited to see how the full release will be when it comes out of early access. There are not enough deep real estate/investment games like this one!

Unfortunately, this didn't really click for me. It feels pretty disjointed like it isn't sure what kind of game it is wanting to be. The core loop of managing properties and tenants is fine; it definitely needs polish, mainly in how you navigate through different menus, but there is a lot of potential there. However, the side systems are where the game lost me. The stocks and crypto investment system is fine. That is a pretty common side system in a tycoon/management game. The mini-game side-gig system is just odd. Early game, this feels like where you are actually expected to spend the majority of your time in between managing properties, but it just doesn't add anything to the core system. It's just busy work to the point of detracting from the main game play loop. I do understand the need to have extra systems to play with, but those systems usually add to the main loop. These mini-games feel like they were tacked on to pad out the game.

I was looking forward to this game, but in its current state, it’s just not fun and not enjoyable whatsoever. It is quite unfinished and looks like it could have been made in MS Paint in 1998.

Way too much energy went into the 'gig' mini games. The premise of being a landlord and having to screen tenants and deal with issues and repair houses, etc. is the bones of what people are looking for in a landlord simulator. Yet there are a bunch of different types of mini games that pay out essentially pennies but are required for completing the tutorial, quests, etc. and they are the sole reason why I stopped playing before I even hit an hour. Dev should purge all the mini games out of the game and focus on the actual core product. It could be so good but there was a ton of wasted effort put into something that ruins the core experience.

Nice Cozy Game. Ich kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Das Tutorial funktioniert und es wir alles erklärt. Man benötigt definitiv Geduld beim Geld verdienen und skalieren, wie im realen Leben. Der Dev. reagiert auf Discord sehr schnell und Patch Bugs schnellstmöglich. Ich freue mich auf künftige Updates.

The game is laggy, some of the features don't work properly (like sending money). It takes forever for you to earn enough money to buy your next property, I hate the mini-games that you can earn a few hundreds dollars. I find that pointless, grindy and lazy. Tbh, don't buy this. Save your money.
