Your quintessential construction simulator is here. Take a dodgy loan, restore a property, move in the locals, attend to their grievances, then celebrate with a pint in this fully-simulated, open-world 1980's Britain.

This game is boring for me, I don't like this game. I d'ont recommand this game is because is need optimization to get more better of this. But if you like it is good for you.
This game is a great time, although there is zero hand-holding here. You sink or swim, and sinking is easily done. The game really nails the creative freedom of construction and it does so in a way that is fairly easy to grasp yet tough to master. The game however has one major setback that stops it from being stellar. Once you have the funds together to build from scratch, you discover the limitation for yourself. You only ever have one property to build and manage, so the core aspect of the game, the building work, is rendered rather mute once you start renting the place out for steady income. If only the game allowed you to expand and become a proper DIY landlord, that would have set the game apart for sure.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Stopped playing a long time ago, because I got tired of wasting hours in this game, just to have my gave save reset back to the beginning, because of an update.
I really wanted to like this game but it was more of a struggle than it was fun. A large amount of features aren't explained to you aside from a book, a lot of them have bugs so they don't work anyway and when they do its because you are at the right height, with the right angle and looking at the exact pixel you need to be to make it work. You make so little money that any meaningful change or upgrade takes hours of work as a lot of the building materials are so expensive in comparison to what you can make in a day, I didn't even know a slot machine existed until I saw it in a discussion then after using it it paid out about 300 pounds then stopped paying me anything more for the rest of the game. It feels like they have made and released the game with no care or attention to make it playable and then moved on, don't bother unless its very cheap or free and you are willing to put up with a hell of a lot of bugs....
This game is a total vibe. I'ma play the pants off it
good game
i wish i could give this game a good review but with how they left this game in the 1.0 state i cant. they over sold under produced the game, one of my bigest things about this game is once you get to the mid-game loop your basicly rebirthing to get more money out of it and not actuley braking off from the only sorce of reliable money and taht would be the pubs pot washing boy and its not pub washing sim
I adore this game; the Only Fools and Horses reference is enough to make me love it, but it's also just an incredibly fun game to grind and progress through. The only thing I'll say is that I wish you got your stuff back after going to jail; I spent the last of my first winter in jail and during the beginning of spring I came out almost ready to finish my first house but I didn't get my tool belt back so I had to quit the game :(
got softlocked and stuck in a wall within minutes of entering the town
don't even joke lad
