https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBPoQ90uJTk - death march A really good survival game despite my laptop running it in low settings i managed to get enjoyment from the game gotta say I like the crafting updates recently added exploring can be deadly so crafting an oxygen tank of some sort may help frustrated by my lack of finding the 2nd habitat i did a death march and had a good laugh....would gladly do the wrong things everytime...but Im learning fast great envoirments realistic crafting and a feeling of helplessness when you cant fix a gadget theres no handholding here your on your own its one of the more decent survival games Ive played the game is adding decent updates now with buggies so no more walking simulator it wasa huge drawback to the games immersion at times you plain got bored of it and the lack of things to craft that could help you was limited one update lots of water the next it was gone well Im looking forward to more updates and single player mode will be a blast im sure
17.1 hours still can't find the tools to make items that are needed just to beable to survive this game may and I hope it will get better right now but I can only say save your money wait another month or 2 before buying. the updates break things every time the controls are a pain in the but having to let go of the mouse to select something on the d-pad pro's tbh right now few and far between so few I can' really think of any. and I was given this game to review before it was released and still I can't say buy. Added 18th may 2017 the game has been in early develepment since 2013 which is 4 years give or take a few weeks. They we're fully funded on kickstarter and then some ( Yes I know cost's go up ) 99% of Early Access games are released at full or close to full price making the buyers unhappy that the games so broken. when they should really be releasing the game at 25% of the cost of the full game as You (the Dev) are asking people to report bug's and glitch's without any reward. Don't say the full game is there reward they paid for it . ( I have been Beta and Alpha testing games for over 20 years ) You need to make it worth while to the user Ark Survival gave there early access players in game skins not much but a thank you never the less. if after almost 4 years the best you can get from the game is 3-5 hours of game play on a survival game I shudder to think where it will be in 6 months. I have said and say again I had and still have hope for the game but as it stands I would not recommend this game to anyone in it's current state. once you have found and used all food you are dead 7 hours on one run through and still strugglerling to find the tools to make the items needed to get the habbitats up and running. (also out of food so death is but 30 mintes away as there is no way to replenish it once used. On the up side Up-dates are coming thick and fast which is always a good thing if you don't mind restarting the game every other day. Stop hating on people that give you an honest review and start demanding that early access isn't paid pre-alpha this goes for all those games out there or we could be in line for another no mans skys. I am not here to hate on any game but I am not here either to tell lies I am here to give my honest thoughts on the game at this point of it's develepment. To the Dev's t Random Seed Good luck and I hope you can fix these issuse before they destroy the games rep as of now most reviews are either negitve just plan generic. You have a great concept and a great looking game but you are not talking to your early access people and the news page at the time of this comment is blank even thou you have had over 12 up-dates it would be nice to know what these up-dates are fixing / adding to the game. yes you have a forum but this is a game on steam and most steam users look to steam for there infomation on a game not looking at other forums. I will add a new review/update the review weekly but if you do not start puting out some press releases on steam your game is doom to die sorry but the truth of the matter is most gamers these days don't want to be beta teters they want to just play a fully working game. for honest reviews www.youtube.com/c/extremestreamers

Though I can't really recommend this game to anyone as it needs ALOT of work, I'm not going to refund it either. - Development is still way too early, has potential though. - LMB seems to be the dominate control, kept feeling like 'E' on the keyboard should open doors/interact too. - Datapad only uses arrow keys on keyboard, another area where mouse would work better. - Vitals go to ♥♥♥♥ way too quickly, seems like you drink water and eat things more often then not. - Day/Night cycle goes by way too fast. - Waysats, habitats, etc. seem placed too far away. - Dust storm never went away, ended up dying from hypothermia even after trying to juggle habitat systems to conserve. - Suit oxygen and power draining too quickly. - Never found components for RTG, if components exist there far far away. - Machines don't like fuses or are very picky, lost several just installing them even after slot repair. - Component slot repair seems to be a constant factor, slots wearing out too quickly. - Severe screen lag while viewing habitat beta status monitor, power info spammed across screen no other info shown. - No button to 'Take All' from storage container, if more then one item exists in a stack have to enter in QTY then confirm. - Inventory manipulation uses arrow keys on keyboard, would work better with mouse. - Character barely jumps if at all. - Have to hold crouch button, doesn't appear to be a toggle. - Different camera views would be a nice touch, seems to be stuck in first person view only. - Habitats never get a decent power charge due to the day/night cycles occuring too often.
ABANDONADO...
the best and most well put together game i have seen in long time cant wait for the rest of the content
I don't know what's special about this game but I enjoy Playing for hours and hours I guess it's the thought of Playing on actual Mars train It's hard for me to play any game for a long period of time and even more to come back to it but This game Makes me want to come back to play it more And I recommend it ( :
/// Attention! >>> **** Jeu Abandonné **** * Pas de version Française *
Controls on the PDA are very annoying, its a tad hard to figure out what you're supposed to do, you are going do 100% die by 80-100 Sols even if you ration and find every scrap of food you have, and it takes forever to walk just a kilometer, the vehicle feels terrible and is indeed terrible, and half of the mechanics are kind of just thrown in right at the end. I do not recommend this game, at all, or any games created by the developer "Random Seed Games" or "Tyler Owen". DO NOT buy this failed, incomplete mess, and don't buy Tyler Owen's upcoming game LIMYN... I promise you he hasn't learned at all, he just ran and "handed off" Lacuna Passage. On his website the only good thing he can say about this game is that it had a successful Kickstarter... what a joke.
Yes!
Lacuna Passage can be a really amazing game. I love the sense of loneliness and the feeling you get when you see something shiny on the horizon! But it can get some work. I think the game would be a lot better if you could craft food, craft drivable rovers and maybe even a bit of multiplayer exploration.
