Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.56/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Finished all achievments. While there are definitely improvements that could be made it is overall a good game with a number of unique features
There's never a lack of things to do it would seem. Every time I jump into this I give up fairly quickly. It has all the things that I ought to like, but I never seem to get into it.

I have mixed feelings. I love this game, I really, really do. It was one of my first games and a big part of why I got into video games. The world is absolutely beautiful and it feels like there is so much to explore and so many things to do. I love the balance between captivating quests and cosy farming, decorating etc... On top of that, there are many mechanics that are unlike anything I've ever seen in another game, that still manage to be interesting, cool, and easy enough to understand. I especially love the fighting mechanic, that despite its simplicity manages to offer some real challenge. I find it very unique and rewarding to learn. However. (Spoilers) My issue is with the main story. Most of it IS good, there is an air of mystery about it all that makes you feel like you HAVE to know what it all means and what happens next. But at the very end you just kill the final boss and that was it. (Or even worse, see if the Freyl effingy would work, oh, it did, oh, he's dead.) You can still 100% the game if you want, but yeah. The actual main story is pretty much done. There was so much mystery woven into the main story, so many weird little creepy moments that make the hair in the back of your neck stand up, and then the final boss was... Just some worm? There is still such a crazy amount of lore and cool little secrets to find, businesses to run and recipes to perfect, but I lost some of that spark after the main story ended. I had put so much effort into learning all the cool mechanics as a new gamer, and I desperately wished there would have been a new objective, another boss, something big to focus on next. It just ended so suddenly? The sheer amount of information I had learned about this incredible new world felt disproportionate to the amount of main story that I got. I did put in quite a few hours towards 100-percenting the game despite the disappointment, thats how much I loved all the cool, weird little mechanics. It's probably been more than a year since I last opened the game, and I still sometimes randomly see a cool new video game trailer and stop to think "Oh maybe that one would feel like Kynseed did". Despite all of this, Kynseed is one of those games you just wish you could play for the first time again.
its got the charm of fable with a cozy gameplay loop, and not the boring cozy.
This game is really fun and Im surprised its not more popular. I love playing it on the steam deck. I find it to be a very creative storytelling experience with equally fun combat and exploration. There's so many cool mini games and events that you find through out the story. I also like customizing my little farm and managing my shops as I battle to fight the evil in this world. Very unique and cool game. I finally beat the ending but will keep playing my save file to try and get all the achievements.
The developer broke mods. Also the crafting mini games are total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass.
fun

Not perfect but very unique and has kept me coming back since Early Access
