Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If you would like to play this game at its best then use a Commodore Amiga 1200 with a ram & processor upgrade, this pc version does not do the game justice at all. I was expecting the pc version to be better but oh how wrong was I. I have spent hundreds of hours playing this game on the Amiga and this pc version just does not do the Amiga version of the game any justice.
1/10
I played this back so many years ago I'd need more fingers to add the years up. Felt like it was a complicated mess back then and feel the same way today.

Copy Protection...Joystick Support is Terrible! You cant lift of and the manual is not a real help. The Keyboard Layout Card is missing! But the worst is the Sound its just bad i was sure there was a Adlib or even Roland Edition but it seems there wasnt!....well if you loved it as kid you might still love it but when you just play old games for the LETS CHECK them adventure stay away from it. It looks cool and has some kind of nice design but if fails to deliver. F19 as Example from the same year offers alot more, its just not the same scenario.
Лучше чем от майкрософт
Totally outdated trash. Although I have already read the manual and very familiar with other flight simulation games of MicroProse, but I still can't play it well. Cons: -Very laggy controls. I change the configuration of DOSBOX for many times, but it can't be solved. -The flying problems about stall and yaw happen so often. Even if I was carefully noticed the speed and attitude. -Player can't select German fighters in the World War I mode. -Too hard, even for Level 1 difficulty.
Another super old game from Microprose that I got from a bundle. Its about WW1 with some nice planes that you can use. Unfortunately every cockpit looks the same, the game feels very low FPS, you can use your mouse to fly the plane but its really janky... -The classic stuff you expect from an old game. Janky controls, no settings screen, old graphics... One thing I really hate is there's like a copy protection system in the game each time you open the game they shove a menu in your face and they show an insignia and they ask you "which squadron used this insignia?" if you guess correctly its like "oh you actually bought the game and didn't pirate it! Here play your game" and you get to play the game. If you guess incorrectly "oh... You pirated it? Well you only get to play a demo then." thankfully there is a manual included and in like page 68 or something you can find out about these squadrons and their insignias. Its super annoying to do this each time you start the game. You want a WW1 Flight sim game? Play Rise of Flight.
I played this on my lap top with Windows 10. The Dos box aspect kicks in and it had was pretty slow frame rates of 20 per min like. The graphics are very dated like 30 years ago but I just wanted to see how it worked. To cumbersome to play as is but what would one expect. I am a experience flight sim " pilot" and not worth using this sim other the to see how things used to be. I found using a lap top some of my key would not work. But I was able to get off the ground and some of the views worked/ But pretty clunky to fly. Now if this game was updated with modern graphics and joystick with programmable key. Still keeping it a game you can play off line, once loaded. I think with anything that Micro-Prose did from that period had great game play and the core of the career advancement, as well they had the right degree of complexity and simplicity that made these games enjoyable. Which I would like to see again. Being able to play on line with other is fine but maybe I just want to play and have a career in a game with some AI aspects. I find as an aviation buff as much as I want to do ARMA III or DCS. There too much of the FCS or Army side of the game that does not interest m. Then becomes a study sim and is too complex, or is filled with some people who have no idea about tactics or strategy. I hope Micro Prose does upgrades the game engines titles of these with graphics and joystick programmable keys and these games could go on forever. Add a multiplayer on online option of course, yet keep the off line stand alone career options for the game and you will have a winner. Something you can take in your lap top when travelling on business or family. (Just need a tiny joy stick if playing on the plane, lol) But certainly I would not recommend this game to play as it is now, in its 30 year old state. But it was fun to try.
