When a washed-up actor hangs himself on location, a spotlight is cast on the backwater Florida town of Cypress Knee. Your screen becomes a stage on which you investigate this mysterious death as three distinct characters.

I liked it. It was different, but in a way that kept my attention. I wish there were more puzzles, but that is my only complaint. It is very interesting and strange, but worth a try.
- Bad writing with weird racist/sexist comments. - The premise is that it's a play but it seems like the designers have never actually seen a theater. - Visuals range from "pretty" (mostly the sky) to "ostensibly black character looks suspiciously white".
If you're a theatre lover, this is the game for you. What a fun way to spend a few hours in quarantine!

Knee Deep is one hell of a ride I must say. This game is a bit slowed paced on Act I. But when you get into Act. II, man things start getting wild. And finally Act. III is going to be one hell of a mind-bender I must say (I'm not going to spoil it. You have to play it yourself to see what I mean). Knee Deep is honestly a great indie game to me. It's a bit slow paced but it flows well the further on. I recommend this indie game.
This is a unique game, with an interesting story.
Graphic: Reminds me of late 1990s Music: Bgm? What bgm? Plot: Between so-so and okay until it turns into a supernatual Sci-Fic in Act 3 Gameplay: Nearly non-existent. Just an interactive visual novel where 99% of your choices do not make a difference, with several mini puzzle games which are only suitable for pre-school kids. And there's no fast-forward or skip buttom.
Looks quite interesting, but just not my thing. The constant breaking of the 4th wall also breaks immersion for me, and I find it quite jarring.
So glad I picked up this title again, after playing just 1-2 hours long time ago in the throes of the pandemic...those claustrophobic VR systems always made it tough to play longer than 40 minutes at a time. So here we are, five years later, completing the title in non VR mode without any issues. Loved the original stage set-up and the story holds well-recommended! It is sad this developer did not follow up with more titles
Echt tolles Spiel!
Maybe not my type of game, but it was very boring to read all the texts...
