Shape your own adventure: Dive into a magnificent, nautical world. Complete quests to shape your journey and meet unique characters along the way. But be warned, the world around you will react and change depending on the actions you take. Naval routes will change and with each conquered settlement the difficulty adapts to make for a more challenging adventure.
Weather the storms: Changes in the weather can knock you off your sea legs. From thick fog to dangerous storms, sail at your own risk and watch out for the direction of the wind. You could be blown right into an enemy’s path if you don’t strategize well enough.
Customize your ship: Choose from five different types of highly customisable ships: The Sloop, Brig, Flute, Frigate and Galleon. With over 900 items available to collect and deck out your ship with you can create a battle-ready vessel that’s the envy of rival pirates.
Trade with other settlements: Each settlement produces their own unique products. Buy them at the lowest price possible and sell them to other settlements where they are in high demand. Line your pockets with gold and spend on improvements to your ship and on brand new skills.
Prepare for battle: You’re not alone out on the open ocean. Throughout your adventure you’ll face off in naval battles with monsters and rival pirates. Keep your wits about you and use strategy to win. Battle mechanics aren’t limited to blasting cannons, on your adventure you’ll acquire up to 20 different combat skills from flamethrowers to voodoo rituals. Each battle you win will raise the bounty on your head and you’ll be challenged by even more fearsome foes.
Explore the nautical world : There is so much to explore in the epic world of King of Seas. Discover secret maps hidden in the depths and excavate precious treasures. Go fishing and uncover as many as 30 varieties of fish living below the ocean surface. Complete special side missions and reap rewards that can help you on your adventure.

es un juego entretenido, bastante accesible y que no exige un PC potente para rendir al máximo, luciendo además un apartado gráfico muy apañado. La historia no es demasiado elaborada, pero cumple perfectamente su función de acompañar al bucle jugable. Las misiones de la campaña principal están muy pensadas para guiarte progresivamente por todas las mecánicas, aunque esto puede sentirse algo limitante al principio, ya que no te permite realizar ciertas acciones hasta alcanzar el punto exacto de la trama que las desbloquea. Un detalle importante es la exploración del mapa: no desvelarás zonas simplemente navegando por mares desconocidos, sino que tendrás que ir comprando los mapas para descubrir el entorno. Aun así, merece la pena explorar a fondo, ya que el mundo guarda secretos ocultos, mapas del tesoro por descubrir y zonas especiales con misiones únicas. Destacan el restaurante flotante enfocado en la pesca o la capital verde, donde puedes cazar jefes marinos que escalan en función de tu nivel. Tampoco faltan los peligros ambientales como tormentas y volcanes, o los encuentros con barcos fantasma, que suponen un reto duro pero ofrecen recompensas muy suculentas. A nivel de progresión, a medida que subes de nivel adquieres habilidades pasivas, puedes cambiar de barco y equiparte con diferentes objetos o habilidades únicas. El mundo reacciona activamente a tus acciones; las rutas navales van cambiando y la dificultad general se adapta conforme conquistas asentamientos, los cuales también se pueden ir mejorando. Dentro de la gestión territorial está la mecánica de conquistar y defender ciudades. Las facciones enemigas intentarán recuperar sus puertos y el juego te avisa con tiempo para acudir, pero te obliga a estar muy atento: la interfaz no te marca directamente la alerta en el mapa, por lo que tendrás que leer el nombre del puerto en el aviso y saber ubicarlo de memoria. El combate naval cumple de sobra dentro de su género, aunque la variedad de misiones peca de repetitiva a la larga, basándose principalmente en llevar cargamentos, hundir barcos o recolectar botines. La parte del comercio es probablemente el punto más flojo, ya que comprar y vender entre ciudades resulta bastante tedioso y poco rentable; es mucho mejor financiarte vendiendo lo que obtienes de los saqueos y rescates. En definitiva, es una propuesta muy disfrutable, de duración ajustada y perfecta si buscas una aventura pirata sin complicaciones técnicas ni sistemas excesivamente complejos.

Good gameplay and story, but it would be better with multiplayer or co-op mode. Isometric view is so good as well as the combat mechanism. Needed more ships, more maps, and more players. All in all, I recommend this game, it's perfect to killing time.
A loot shooter like Windward, but SP only, with a story, much more content, and more equipment variety, which makes it almost feel like Borderlands on water. The type of ship is also important, since they come with their own special skills. However, the game is also slower and focuses more on area control, so it comes down to what you prefer. Dying is also more punishing, choosing the Soulslike-approach of having to get back to where you sunk, or else you lose everything you had on you. Once you finish the story, you'll be rated on a scoreboard - difficulty adding a multiplier to it. So if you chase highscores, there's an additional motivation for you! I dont know why People would give this game a bad review. First things first, i got this game in sale for less than 3€ BUT its even the full price worth. Story: - is cute and wholsome - loved the soft introductions - you have to find out some stuff on your own Graphic and Sound: - Cute graphic and still are there alot of small details - Music is absolutely good and the sounds of the battles are nice as well Gameplay (I played straight up in perma death mode): - the islands on the map are random shuffled at the start - so every death means a kind of new map - alot of game mechanis - fishing, looting, conquer islands - loot system give choices - different damage types cause of different health bars, abilities to not only shoot cannon balls - treasure maps to find treasures - main- and sidequest The gameplay itself was pretty smooth and even i died to some enemies it felt good. Cause it were than mistakes by myself. It never felt unfair in any point, cause the death was more a i did not know that this exists moment. So after every death i just got easier faster up to the same point where i died. The only critic i had was a bug which costs me some minutes of my playtime: If you ever have multiple sidequests that want you to do the same quest than dont ever open any menu when you finish them - if so the game will come to a state where you cant get to any harbor anymore - getting to a harbor means saving the game. So you have to quit to the menu and restart at last harbor. That said, there is no way this game is bad. It is a cute solid game. Its maybe not a masterpiece, but i think that this is not what the game wants to be. If you like pirates, ships and sailing across the ocean, if you like to loot and think a little bit about your items and stats, you will definetly enjoy this game!!!
Korsan temalı oyunları sevdiğim için denemek istedim. Beklediğimden çok zevk aldığım bir oyun oldu. Sea of Thievesi çocukluğumuzun oyunu Seafight ile birleştirmişler gibi bir duygu yaşattı bana. Özellikle fiyatı 1.39 dolar iken kesinlikle alıp deneyin. Oyuna genel puanım 8/10. Umarım daha iyi özelliklerle 2. oyununu yaparlar. Beğendiğim yanları 🟢 Oynanış 🟢 Hikaye 🟢 Gemi yeteneklerinin çeşitliliği 🟢 Ekipman çeşitliliği 🟢 Yetenek ağacı Beğenmediğim yanları 🔴 Gemi çeşitliliği çok az. Oyunun en iyi gemisini açmanız 30 dakikanızı alabiliyor. Sonra 15 saat aynı gemiyle hikayeyi bitirmeye çalışıyorsun. Özellikle efsanevi tarzda fazla özellikli gemiler olabilirdi. 🔴 Bazı noktalarda oyun çok tekrara düşüyor. Sürekli aynı şeyleri yapmak sıkabiliyor.
