A unique hybrid between turn-based tactical games and traditional, character-centric RPGs. Knight's Tale is a modern retelling of a classic Arthurian mythology story filtered through the dark fantasy tropes, a twist on the traditional tales of chivalry.

Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Sep 14 → 2.14/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Its very fun
An enjoyable TBS with many caveats, any difficulty below moderate is entirely too easy. The recovery system is similar to WH40k Chaos Gate, wherein you get injured and it takes time for your characters to recover, thus building a full roster is essential. If you are not excellent at TBS, it would be easy to soft lock yourself if your main character is injured and your only mission available is a main that requires his participation. Sure there is 'jousting' to skip a 'mission day' however it is crazy expensive and thus requires that you maintain 'Mordred' like he is a delicate flower on higher difficulties. Just bring ranged units and clean up the map in a few minutes without damage, melee units are highly punished in this game, though they certainly have utility, this game struggles to define a reason to not use entirely ranged squads. Quickly becomes ultra repetitive, fighting the lost is always easy, fighting the pict is just enduring a team of AI that sprints at you like a fool, and the sellie (I think they are called) are the only real challenge in the game. The unique units gained from choosing a faith, are not unique at all, and by the time you are getting them they are far behind the rest. Training at the training hall is far, far too slow, having two separate recovery points is just a bit of micro management for micromanagement's sake. The town rebuilding is interesting I suppose, you upgrade buildings and unlock upgrades/perks for your teams. Overall I think this game is worth playing through until your either beat it, or get tired of the fights. The Boss fights gimic is almost always resurrects and fights you again, this time with more adds, which is quite lame, Chaos Gate had extremely unique bosses, which is a game I can compare this quite closely to. 6/10-Allow player to choose their own starting squad, don't force the same boring group every play through, especially when you have 'seasonal' content. Allow Mordred to be different classes, or allow choosing his skill tree, I dont always want to play an armored Sith Lord.... Make enemies more interesting, not just spam more and more of them and call it 'difficulty'. The overwatch system in a medieval fantasy style game was extremely cool, and I think this is certainly one of the best features of the game. Keep cooking devs, your most recent game, the exact replica of this except shorter and in Rome...Is not it

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Bon jeux !
The game has some minor issues here and there but overall it's a good game. It is made by a studio outside of the Usa so it's not filled with woke crap. We definitely need more grimdark games like this!
Amazing game!
King Arthur: Knight’s Tale – My Thoughts
This game really scratched my itch for a tactical, turn-based XCOM-style experience. Set in a dark, post-Romano-British Avalon steeped in Arthurian legend, it makes great use of its setting and atmosphere. The tactical combat reminded me of Expeditions: Rome: deep, engaging, and rewarding. Compared to that game, Knight’s Tale is lighter on RPG elements, but makes up for it with beefier combat and base-management systems. There are also meaningful choices that affect your characters and available missions, though the morality system (Righteous vs. Tyrant, Christian vs. Old Faith) is presented in a fairly simplistic way. It doesn’t quite capture the same nuance as Expeditions: Rome, but it does give your decisions weight. Combat itself is excellent: different classes, diverse skill trees, and well-tuned difficulty keep battles tactical and fun. Progression feels balanced, with the challenge easing slightly as you grow stronger, though the game occasionally throws in a fight that keeps you on your toes. My main issues are twofold: • Visual style: Maps are richly detailed, but the omnipresent heavy fog makes navigation frustrating and obscures interactable objects. The blurry minimap doesn’t help. • Game length: While there’s an impressive number of missions, they become repetitive. Too many maps follow the same formula: start in a foggy corner, move to a foggy clearing, fight enemies, repeat. Enemy variety and map layouts also start to blur together. The cast of recruitable heroes is large, but most lack meaningful development beyond their recruitment mission. The game could have been tighter and more memorable with fewer missions, more tile-sets, and more scripted encounters. Despite these flaws, King Arthur: Knight’s Tale stands as a worthy entry in the pantheon of tactical turn-based combat games. It may overstay its welcome, but when the combat is this good, it’s hard to complain too much.
好
A Solid but Overly Long Tactical RPG
King Arthur: Knight’s Tale is a decent tactical turn-based game that feels quite similar to XCOM. There are five character classes, each serving a different role in combat, and skills unlock across three tiers (levels 5, 10, and 15). The problem is that characters within the same class lack real diversity—their skill sets are nearly identical, just split across the tiers. By the time you reach the final tier, every character in the same class essentially plays the same. The combat itself is fun, but it quickly grows repetitive since the game introduces no new mechanics. Progress becomes a cycle of finishing missions, recruiting new characters, and moving the story forward. Speaking of the story, it didn’t really grab me—but that may be because I’m not deeply familiar with Arthurian lore. The game reimagines the legend as a dark fantasy twist, and I suspect those who know the original tales will appreciate its creativity more. Another drawback is pacing. At the end of Act 1, I thought the game was wrapping up—only to realize it was just the beginning. With no fresh mechanics being introduced, the length made it feel like a slog. Honestly, the game would’ve been stronger if it were shorter. Overall, though, I still think it’s worth a try. While I didn’t have the patience to finish, I did have some fun moments, and fans of tactical RPGs may find value here.
