For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Simple yet unbelievably excellent. Kill the Music is immediately addictive and so satisfying to nail. A really interesting bullet hell that I can't wait to play more of. The music absolutely slaps and the stage transitions are super stylish and smooth. I usually leave reviews after I've beat a game but this game is massively underrated and I wanna support the devs however I can!
I like the concept and the difficulty curve and it's well enough polished to earn my thumbsup, but with a big warning attached 'cuz if you suffer from sensory overload like I do at times, this game is NOT it (yet, supposedly they want to address this during december). There is no settings for opacity, to tune down saturated background colours, messy glow effects on the irrelevant background, or to make projectiles stand out from it. The colours and the background at times are enough to make everything blur together for me. What is supposed to make me want to listen to beat and music just turns into visual noise that's painful to look at.

TLDR : What an incredible find, this game really is something special. Kill The Music is a roguelite rhythm bullet heaven game, inspired by the likes of Hades rather than Isaac or Noita, this means some elements of permanent progression (through fragments you mainly acquire by winning a run), and a toned down version of the crazyness that some lucky Isaac runs can bring, though I feel like the game does get a quite a bit more hectic than roguelites like Hades (which I think is a great thing!) The game's core concept is fairly simple, similar to Hi-Fi Rush, dodge the bullets and enemies, and click on the beat to do damage. Every beat you time your clicks right, you build up combo, though though the game is kind enough to let you mess up, mistiming a beat only brings down your combo by 1, rather than resetting it entirely. If you're overwhelmed or focused on dodging, simply not hitting the beat at all is okay too, you just won't build up combo. This makes it so that you're never penalized for just focusing on dodging or collecting stuff, you just are heavily rewarded when you do lock in and become one with the music, which is great for less experienced players! (which I am NOT a part of B) ) You got 12 different characters, each with their own instrument that behaves differently and changes how you play the game, and 10 run difficulties that slowly ramp up making everything a lot crazier. Alongside that, you can configure the rhythm aspect of the game to what you feel comfortable with, or just what's more fun for you (double time is SUPER fun and allows you to do some crazy stuff with upgrades!!) Speaking of upgrades, the upgrade system is pretty intuitive, though it's hard to clearly understand what will and won't be very powerful depending on your build. The upgrades also allow you to get multiple instruments at once, letting you use all of their respective attacks, or lock in on one specific instrument with the Solo mechanic (though I won't expend on that) I haven't played a lot yet, but there seems to be quite a fair bit of unlockables, bringing the total amount of upgrades to well over a hundred. Each time you clear a difficulty for the first time, you'll also get a cutscene, stitching the story of the main character together overtime. My biggest issues with the game so far are a general lack of visual clarity, with a ton of objects overlapping each other (though I think that's expected both for bullet heavens and roguelites), alongside some confusion towards the more exotic mechanics at first, though I will note the tutorial didn't work for me (nothing happened after I started following the rhythm), so stuff like double notes, bursts, solos, held notes, etc.. weren't explained until I paused the game and just read the tips given at the bottom. Overall, it's an absolute blast as a fan of both rhythm games and roguelites, I OVERWHELMINGLY recommend this, no questions asked! EDIT : ALSO THE CHARACTER DESIGN IS AWESOME
Fun power fantasy vampire survivor like that you play vaguely to a beat. In about 10 hours you'll definitely have seen everything there is to see. The different absurdities don't feel all that difficult from one to the other, in the end you always wind up either with far too weak upgrades or with far too strong upgrades that just leave your screen covered in gunk and that have you either press the double beat constantly, or you just keep spamming the solo button because at this point you've built up so much meter gain that you can just play the solo button on every beat. You've got a few other options, and there's a few build variations that play the same as the aforementioned (you could have a heal build with shockwaves, or play off of bursts and have enemies chain explode into projectiles, sure but the outcome is the same. you're pressing the button on the beat and filling the screen with lots of gunk!!! so much gunk that you can't see the enemy projectiles and instantly die because you got the enemy attack up with your combo and your combo has built up to 2000 in the span of 2 minutes and now every single projectile is a nuclear bomb that instantaneously sends you in to the pits of music hell uhm anyway), but at the point where you're not picking the absolutely strongest upgrades you're just doing it for the love of the game. You could play without any of the permanent upgrades. you could kill your health and be permanently in one shot range so that you can have all the low health upgrades. but like. you'd die to a bullet you didn't see or something. it's high risk no reward, and it doesn't quite feel as good as the power fantasy angle where your screen is filled with gunk and everything instantly dies and the onlly reason you haven't finished the round yet is because the enemies don't actually spawn in fast enough to die as quick as you can kill them. anyway the art's really good and the story would be nice if the dialogue was better written i think. music kind of sinks to the background because the souund of pressing the solo button every beat and the audio being turned into a godawful crunch due to the simultaneous explosion of 100 skull and or hand things depending on the absurdity you're at. it was fun tho, probably get at discount. i don't have a lot of gusto to play more of it after doing everything once.

Great game and great story. Wish there was slightly more variety in the songs, but all in all amazing. 8/10
I feel like the more i play the game I less enjoy it. Levels keeps getting longer, gameplay is so repetable that after 3 or 4 songs it's just clicking space and mouse. I don't have to dodge because i kill every enemy instantly. During rounds I have full squad always on "solo" buff and full screen is covered in colours, numbers and effects so it's pointless to even move. On the other hand artstyle is very unique and nice looking. I like it very much. Music is cool but i feel that it fades when everyone clicks for their "solo". Also that stupid snare and plate everytime i click space gets so annoying. It's sad because game has potential and i want to complete it all, but for now I've had my fun. I'll finish it after some updates or if I'll get eaten by boredome.
The strong point of this game is the design and that it's absolutely charming and well curated. I find myself hooked into every run, even if at first I had some problems understanding how to change instrument or why the character would change during a run. Once understood how the upgrade works, the game is very enjoyable.
Neat little short game, Interesting story, Fun gameplay loop, Easy to 100% I will note that audio for the game can be rather loud, Audio controlls adjust audio for in game, but when in menues or inload screens, the full 100% SFX and Audio blasts your ears.
