KERN Panic is a bullet heaven that takes the terminal aesthetic and drops you into a world ruled by rhythm. Face endless hordes of enemies while you learn the level's patterns to survive.

Install upgrades on your pilot

Install upgrades on your pilot to stay defended at all times. Some weapons only fire on certain beats: spread your weapons across the bar to always be covered, or stack everything on a single beat of mass destruction.

Every level has its own tempo

Each level runs at its own speed. That changes how the enemies behave and, therefore, your build: what works on one level won't necessarily work on the next.

Between runs

Unlock permanent upgrades between runs: each one will take you a little further next time.
