About
Kaiju Harvest is a fast-paced pixel-art harvesting game where defeated giant monsters become your biggest payday.
You are a Harvester — a post-battle worker sent to clean up the aftermath of kaiju attacks. Rev up your saw, carve up fallen monsters, collect meat, bones, organs, and rare kaiju amber, then use them to upgrade your equipment.
Upgrade your saws, improve damage and critical hits, unlock collector robots, helper drones, supply drops, critters, and booster drinks. The better your gear, the faster the harvest.
Work your way through various kaiju, from smaller monsters to massive body parts too large to fit on screen. Travel through five disaster zones inspired by famous places around the world: Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro, Istanbul, Siberia, and Tokyo.
Cut, collect, upgrade, automate, and move on to a bigger monster.

Balacing in the game is horrible. Takes too long to grind out between upgrades, and the resource scaling is completely broken for small upgrades that barely help. AI slop. Avoid at all costs!

this is a great little in between games..game...started slow and i wasnt sure at first but after a good 20 minutes i was pretty locked in and having a lot of fun catching meat no pause..
Nice idea. Some nice ideas. No tutorial/info yet. I played it 30 minutes before I realised I could walk, and completed the skill tree before I realised you could press shift to dash. It's fine. It's early access and promising.
等待更新,未来可期。
Cool graphics, great music, fun idea, but it's extremely repetitive. Play 5 minutes and you've seen the entire game. I mean it's worth its price tag.
Interesting and unusual incremental game where you play as a member of a cleaning crew tasked with cutting up a giant dead monster, or kaiju. You have a limited amount of time to carve it up, with meat and coins flying out as rewards. Meat also increases your level during the current run, and every level up grants a random perk, such as faster movement, increased attack power, more coins, and so on. Your level resets with each run. Both meat and coins are currencies used for progression. Coins are spent on new chainsaws, which you use to cut up the monster. Each chainsaw is significantly more expensive than the previous one, but also comes with much better perks, mainly increased damage and attack speed. Better chainsaws can also increase the amount of loot you receive. Each chainsaw perk can be upgraded a few times, although it is usually more worthwhile to save your coins for a new chainsaw. Another way to spend coins is on skins for your character. Skins provide useful perks, such as a chance to double your coins or automatically collect loot. You can only equip one skin at a time. The main source of progression, however, comes from investing meat into the upgrade tree. Its design is fairly simple, resembling a grid of upgrades, but the mechanics are similar to those found in other incremental games. Upgrades remain hidden until you purchase one and reveal the adjacent upgrades. Each upgrade provides a useful benefit, and there is a nice element of surprise because you never know what you will uncover next. Some upgrades appear multiple times throughout the tree and provide the same perks. As usual, upgrades can be purchased several times to increase their effectiveness, while their meat cost remains the same. On the other hand, the cost of new upgrades jumps up by quite a lot, and those away from the center cost a fortune. Upgrades you can currently afford are marked with a plus sign, while fully upgraded ones receive a checkmark. One upgrade worth investing in early is the robot auto collector, since a lot of time can otherwise be wasted running left and right across the screen to collect resources that fly out of the monster in random directions. The overall goal is to cut enough meat to unlock all five cities. The cities are unlocked in order, and each new one requires significantly more total meat. This is the cumulative amount of meat you have cut throughout the game, rather than a cost you have to pay directly to unlock the city. New cities introduce new and larger monsters, along with the possibility of bigger payouts. One fun visual detail is that the effects of your cutting are shown directly on the monster. You first remove its outer shell, then the meat, eventually revealing the skeleton underneath. If you manage to cut up the monster before the timer runs out, you get a fresh monster to continue cutting, so nothing goes to waste. Like any incremental game, there is plenty of grinding involved, but you will often have at least one new upgrade available, which keeps the feeling of progression going. The game is currently in early access, but it already gives a good idea of what it has to offer. My main criticism is that while the game has its own achievements, they are not registered as Steam achievements. This takes away some of the satisfaction from the grind, especially for those of us who enjoy having their progress tracked on Steam.
Worth your bucks! This one is a very well done incremental nodebuster with a twist. Buy it! Great art, good progresssion and the soundtracks is awesome ;)
It's just a skin of a game about chopping tree
