Ads!!!! I’ve been playing this game for years and do enjoy my teammates. The graphics are good. It’s fun to play, however, the ads seem to be longer and more frequent and are extremely annoying. I am on the fence about whether to keep playing or to leave. Since so much time is being wasted with the ads.

Disappointed Most of the time, if you have a problem, your request gets deleted, or ignored. The game keeps crashing, even though I play on different devices, and different internets. I have been cheated out of my winnings many times! If it wasn’t for my team I would delete the game. After I wrote this review I got cheated out of my rewards again!

Frustrated Wooga’s can flip over backwards to take a side game down, reset it and put it back but have no respect for players to explain why or apologize for lost resources that were used before they took the side game down. Wooga’s just set a horrible example to players once again in the worst way, if thing’s are positive for us it will be taken from us.

Frustrated Wooga has taken this came from enjoyable to absolutely maddening. There is no fair play on their part, actually I would say they cheat to keep you from winning. Fair play is not in their vocabulary. They slow down your play to keep you from making progress and they shorten play time and wait til the last second to throw up two or more new things to find. The screens are too dark, they change names on items and the list goes on and on. People are getting frustrated and quitting. Wooga, you might want to rethink how you present your game before you lose your players. I quit once and came back. I am ready to quit for good this time.

Not the same game I’ve been playing this game for years but have slowed down the past year due to the changes. Compasses are harder to come by preventing me from expanding and buying more items. The level ending stories are just plain stupid. In fact, I don’t even follow the stupid story lines. Pride month was a turn off and I refuse to celebrate something that is constantly shoved in our faces. Finally, stop placing items on the fringes where I can’t even see them on an iPhone. I’m about ready to find a new game.

Very upset, long time player! I lost more than 300+ diamonds on partner detectives! As I wrote on my previous message I sent earlier today. I bought the top energy, paying 199 diamonds. I paid 50 diamonds at least 6 times keeping my 20th level to keep playing at that level! Now we have to restart it again on May 7, 2026. Wooga and partners are greedy, greedy, greedy!!! What the hell!!! If there are other players, like me getting played by wooga, that’s really a shame. Over all these years, one would think wooga would want to help keep loyal players happy! No! Wooga just wants to add and add more junk to the original game, and screw anyone if they don’t like it! I am so sick of getting screwed by wooga!!! Losing me as a player probably doesn’t phase you all one bit!! Just sickening!!!

Wooga messed up After gaining tokens playing a side challenge, Wooga reset the game, wiping out all of my progress and those on my team. No word from them, or restoration of my tokens as requested through Support. Do. Not. Spend. Real. Money on this game, let the advertizers fund it.

DETECTIVE PARTNERS EPIC FAIL! I have been play JJ for about 2 1/2-3 years now. I am livid about the recent event where their side game Detective Partners apparently was reset this morning causing all players to LOOSE any and all of the game play that we had started last night (May 6,2026) This is not the first time that I have had problems with JJ! They have made so many changes to this game IMO that it’s loosing its appeal for me. Prices have gone up on in app purchases, the playing rewards to me are a joke sometimes.. I’m really close to just deleting my game all together, that’s how 🤬🤬 I am over this last crucial WOOGA screw up! We players are the ones supporting this game & therefore the company revenue. It would be nice for WOOGA to also support and appreciate their players! (And I don’t mean by giving us a damn pink box thinking that is even close to compensatory) Rant review over!!!

Game changing NOT in a good way As a long time loyal player, as time has gone on this enjoyable game has become LESS ENJOYABLE due to greed. They are making things impossible to complete due to severe time restraints and/or high level requirements. What took 30 to win now has doubled or tripled . Look at what people are saying on FB, WE ARE NOT HAPPY at the route these developers are taking. All they want is for you to have to buy buy buy in order to win anything.

The Further You Progress, The Less You Win - With Customer Support To Match I’m a daily, long-term player who has invested significant time & money into JJ. While the core gameplay is genuinely fun, the experience changes drastically the further you progress. When you first start out, rewards are frequent, leveling up is steady, and the game is highly enjoyable. However, the longer you play and the higher your level, the less the game allows you to win. Diminishing returns are now built into every aspect of the game. For example, in past Memoirs events, completing the album allowed players to use extra points for upgraded rewards. Now, the mechanics have changed to require completing two separate memoir albums in the same timeframe just to have an upgrade option—a task that is nearly impossible. Similarly, side games like Secrets have become heavily bottlenecked. While the challenges require the same amount of effort, the ticket payout has been drastically reduced compared to earlier levels, making it almost impossible to gain traction without spending real money to buy tickets. Compounding this progression chokehold are persistent technical glitches. Navigating these issues with Customer Support has been highly unsatisfactory. Even when providing clear screenshot evidence of a missing reward, a fair resolution is rarely guaranteed. It frequently feels like a "bait and switch" dynamic where players fulfill the requirements for an event, but the promised rewards fail to deliver. What should be a relaxing hobby now requires constant vigilance. I find myself having to document my progress and "watch my own back" simply to ensure I receive what I earned or purchased. This turns a leisure activity into a tedious chore. The game itself is fun, but the systematic reduction of rewards for dedicated, long-term players makes it difficult to recommend.
