About
Stick together, bounce apart. Grab soap, mess with your friends.A cute but chaotic multiplayer party game where jelly creatures compete, collide, and betray each other. Play with up to 6 players online or 4 players locally, and jump into wild matches—or build your own with the map editor

In this chaotic playground, soap is power. Pick it up from the ground. Steal it from others. Or lose it the second you grab it.That’s just how it goes.More soap = stronger abilities. Bigger size = more control. Bring your soap back to the scoring point and climb the leaderboard — if you can make it there alive.

Your bubble is both shield and weapon.Same colors attract—get close, steal resources, or even absorb your opponent. Different colors repel—bounce enemies away or save yourself at the last second.Switching colors at the right moment can turn the fight around.

Soap doesn’t just make you stronger. It can blast enemies away, swap positions, or save you in critical moments.Every piece of soap is a tactical choice.

Supports up to 6 players online or 2–4 players in local multiplayer. Dorm room gaming? Friends’ party? Just gather your crew and it’ll quickly turn into a chaotic friendship-destroying showdown. With multiple game modes and fun-filled challenges, every match brings a fresh experience!

Jelly Bubble is a cheerful multiplayer party game that turns a simple contest over soap into a surprisingly chaotic battle of positioning, stealing, special abilities, and constantly shifting advantages. Developed and published by BINGOBELL, it favors approachable mechanics and social entertainment rather than complicated competitive systems. Its colorful jelly characters and playful environments immediately establish a lighthearted atmosphere, but beneath the cute presentation is a game where players are encouraged to interfere with one another at every opportunity. The central objective revolves around gathering soap and bringing it back to score, but the resource has more importance than a conventional collectible. Acquiring additional soap can make a jelly larger and strengthen its abilities, creating a natural progression during each match. Growing stronger is useful, yet success also paints a target on the leading player. Opponents have every reason to cooperate temporarily against whoever has accumulated the biggest advantage, so a match can change direction quickly. This keeps the competition lively and discourages players from assuming that an early lead guarantees victory. One of the more distinctive mechanics involves the relationships between different jelly colors. Matching colors attract one another, while different colors repel each other. Players can change colors to manipulate these interactions, turning what initially sounds like a straightforward gimmick into an important part of movement and confrontation. Attraction can help close the distance to an opponent or create an opportunity to steal resources, while repulsion can provide breathing room or send another jelly away from an important area. Learning when to switch colors gives the otherwise accessible gameplay a welcome layer of tactical decision-making. Variety also comes from the assortment of soap types scattered throughout the experience. More than twenty varieties provide different effects that can influence encounters in unexpected ways. Some can knock opponents away, others can alter positioning, and certain abilities can rescue a player from an unfavorable situation. These powers contribute heavily to the game's unpredictable personality. A player who appears to have complete control can suddenly lose that advantage after a well-timed ability, making improvisation almost as important as having a plan. Multiplayer is where the concept is most convincing. Online sessions support as many as six participants, while local multiplayer accommodates two to four players. Having both options is particularly valuable for a party-oriented title because it allows the same mechanics to work for remote groups and people sharing a room. Competitive and cooperative modes further diversify how the fundamental systems are used. Matches are at their best when several players understand the mechanics well enough to deliberately sabotage one another, resulting in amusing reversals, temporary alliances, desperate escapes, and resource theft. A particularly worthwhile feature is the DIY map editor. Players can construct their own arenas and experiment with unusual layouts rather than relying exclusively on developer-made stages. Environmental ideas such as trampoline-filled maps or racing-oriented designs demonstrate how dramatically different arrangements can change the pace of play. Custom creation could prove important for long-term replayability, especially among groups that regularly play together and eventually become familiar with the standard content. Community creativity is an excellent match for a game whose underlying physics and player interactions naturally encourage experimentation. Character customization reinforces the casual social atmosphere. Players can personalize their jelly creatures with different cosmetic combinations, helping everyone develop a recognizable appearance during multiplayer sessions. The visual design remains intentionally bright, soft, and cartoon-like rather than technically extravagant. That approach suits the gameplay because characters need to remain readable when multiple jellies, soap effects, collisions, and environmental elements are competing for attention on the screen. Accessibility is another notable strength. The basic rules can be understood without spending a long time studying tutorials or memorizing elaborate control combinations. Collecting soap, understanding attraction and repulsion, switching colors, and disrupting rivals provide a foundation that newcomers can quickly grasp. Greater familiarity then reveals more opportunities for strategic positioning and ability timing. It is not attempting to become an intensely technical competitive game, but there is enough player influence beneath the chaos to make successful moves satisfying. Its biggest weakness is that the experience depends heavily on multiplayer participation. Players looking for a lengthy narrative adventure, substantial solo progression, or an intricate role-playing structure are unlikely to find those priorities here. The entertainment comes primarily from interacting with other people and the unpredictable situations those interactions generate. Repetition could also become noticeable after extended sessions, although multiple modes, numerous soap abilities, customization, and user-created maps should help provide additional variety. Steam Deck compatibility is officially categorized as Playable rather than fully Verified. Performance with the default graphics configuration is considered suitable, and the game can run successfully on SteamOS. However, handheld players should expect compromises. Some functionality is not fully accessible through the default controller configuration, touchscreen interaction or a community controller layout may occasionally be useful, and text entry can require manually opening the virtual keyboard. Some interface text may also appear small, while certain prompts can display keyboard, mouse, or non-Steam Deck controller icons. It is therefore functional on the Deck, but the experience is less seamless than a fully optimized handheld release. Jelly Bubble ultimately has a clear understanding of what makes a compact party game entertaining. Its color-based attraction and repulsion system provides a distinctive mechanical identity, while soap collection, special abilities, player growth, and constant opportunities for interference create entertaining uncertainty. The inclusion of online and local multiplayer is important, and the map editor gives creative players another reason to remain involved. It is best approached as a light, energetic social game rather than a deep solo experience. For a group willing to embrace its intentionally chaotic competition, it offers an appealing mixture of accessibility, tactical interaction, customization, and unpredictable comedy. Rating: 9/10
