Jagged Alliance 2 Gold

JA2 is the high point of the series thus far although JA3 did a decent job but alas its still not as great as JA2. Hopefully somebody will move the series forward and make good improvements. Anyway JA2 is indeed worth playing. I would highly suggest playing it as the original devs made it (vanilla). Once you have played through it at least once to the end then try the v1.13 mod. It took the JA2 v1.12 game to a whole new level.

Leute bitte nicht holen wenn Ihr nostalgisch seid und das Original erwartet. Die Version ist kastriert, Schaukämpfe in San Mona, die Shady Lady und vieles mehr wurde ersatzlos gestrichen. Wer die Originalerfahrung will irgendwoher die .exe besorgen und Straciatella drüber installieren oder die 1.13 mod. Bin echt unglücklich damit.

Of the JA games I have played, 2 was the first I got and enjoyed, and one which I have often been drawn back to. Improving on the first game - by including better Saving options, expanding the number of mercs to use, allowing for custom mercs, and providing a large world to explore at an isometric angle - JA2:GP is a really good game, aging quite well these days. The story is good, the combat is easy to get into, the characters are fun, and the replay value is top notch. A good title to play if you happen to have played JA3.

A mix of strategy, role-playing and tactical combat. This made Jagged Alliance 2 and the classic series as a whole one of the best games of all times (it went downhill after Jagged Alliance Online went offline). Use dozens of weapons. Meet over 150 different characters with their own personalities. Make deadly fighting machines out of your mercenaries. Confront enemy soldiers, bloodcats and even dirty slimy aliens in sci-fi mode. In short: non-linear gameplay, challenging turn-based day/night combat, put together a team of mercenaries and improve their skills throughout the big country of Arulco.

Very old Microsoft 98 game which fans have continously modded until the present. Satisfaction comes from training up your player character and your NPC team to take on AI platoons in varied urban or forested terrain.

Absolute POG

Jeu très sympa, mécaniques simples et efficaces, histoire bien rédigée, liberté totale, graphismes de l'époque; Le seul HIC très emmerdant c'est le niveau de triche du jeu. A la fin, vos personnages seront sourds, aveugles, lents, inefficaces et maladroits : 12 tirs a 2 cases avec 90 et+ : raté . Faire 3 rafales pleine tête a un mec sans caque : 10% de ses PV, et j'en passe. Ennemis invisibles à plus de 3 cases qui vous allument a 20 cases par exemple. En fait, pour s'amuser il faut arrêter le jeu au 3/4. Je l'avais fini plusieurs fois il y a quelques années, mais la, trop, c'est trop. Ce qui était acceptable il y a 15 ans ne l'est plus en 2026.
