Taking photos of stuff has never been so entertaining.

Cute game, and managed to unsettle me at certain points. My only critiques would be: - I wish there was an option to skip dialogue. I was trying to find the vampire/bat and kept triggering the Dragon's dialogue, which is super annoying. For people who don't find every creature the first search of a world, this would be great. - There were some really hard to find creatures in this game. I suggest a moving player icon on the map, so you can tell where you are at all times. Some more guidance on where creatures are is also needed, especially in a portal world. Like when you're in a different world, maybe some text onscreen or in an easy-to-access place saying, "1/5 creatures photographed" or something? Where the game is now, I had to look up a guide to find certain creatures (the only guide online lol) which was a little frustrating to me. I really like the concept of this game, taking pictures of cryptids and surreal creatures is awesome.

This is the closest to the type of legend/cryptid/mythological hunting game I've sought after for years. Until game designers start doing new stuff and stop copying successful games, this is the closest we'll get. The absolute insane amount of things you can photograph is great as well as having some surreal landscapes and events akin to games by Jeremy Couillard or Cosmo D. Very casual and chill vibes. You can beat the whole thing in roughly 4 to 6 hours depending on how much scenery you want to take in. If a game like this existed with the ability to hunt and display captures in a zoo, museum, or prison-type area--this would be the greatest game ever made. Instead, it's just GREAT and leaves you wanting more in the best possible way.

People made Pokemon Snap comparisons, but it's more like if you were actually walking through areas and documenting cryptids, mythological beings and paranormal entities in various environments + the main island at different times of day or night rather than being stuck on a rail. Virtual Photography is the main component, if that's your thing. If you are worried about horror elements, it's really low key. Some of the areas and creatures are eerie (possible phobia triggers like clowns in a specific area as brought up by a different review) or kinda ominous but nothing has "hurt" me and the one jump scare I can think of was really mild and apparent before it happened [spoiler] (The Banshee) [/spoiler] . You'll get plenty of warning with things most of the time. Plays in VR or normal display which is pretty cool to have as an option. Runs really well for me on my mid-range computer at full settings. Haven't felt sick or dizzy at all either from the visuals or environments/effects, which is good. Long story short- I love it, it's just what I wanted VR games to be!

Do you like X-Files, mysteries and spirituality? There you go! :D This is the VR game for you. Great atmosphere. I managed to finish the game. The hidden surprises differ greatly in style. You never know what you'll get and I prefer it that way.

The most relaxing and enjoyable time I've ever had in VR. Truly embodies the feeling of exploration.
