Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Sep 4 → 5.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Had a great time messing around with friends. We built an entire empire on the island, and somehow we're still not tired of it XD. Great game to play and have fun with friends, you can even breed animals. keep developing devs
Positive and vibrant game with plenty of room for humor and thoughtful gameplay.
Started a small market with my friends. Ended up running around chasing a THIEF while a witch turned our customers into weird magic stuff, absolute chaos 10/10

It’s actually pretty good for Early Access; a huge number of features for developing the island have already been implemented. I hope they add more factions and distinctions between them in the future.
Honestly was really upset with this game, it had so many good reviews that I was so happy to play it, but I was so disappointed. There were so many bugs, including when trying to restart a day it made me lose money and all my items so was pretty much unplayable - restarted the game 3/4 times but the bugs just made it so unplayable Could have been a really fun game otherwise!
Liked the idea, however unplayale in multilpayer. Get disconnetced everytime the server player sleeps
Island Market Simulator is a calm and enjoyable business management game that transforms the familiar supermarket simulator formula into a laid-back tropical experience centered around gradual progression and relaxing gameplay. Developed by Zentium Studio, the game places players in charge of building and expanding a small island marketplace while managing inventory, assisting customers, organizing products, and steadily growing the business into a thriving commercial hub. Rather than focusing on punishing realism or overwhelming complexity, the game embraces a slower and more accessible approach that prioritizes atmosphere and satisfying progression. The gameplay loop is simple but surprisingly addictive. Players begin with a small store and limited inventory, slowly earning profits through daily operations before reinvesting money into upgrades, additional products, and store improvements. The process of ordering stock, arranging shelves, managing prices, and watching customers browse the market creates a rewarding cycle that gradually becomes more engaging as the store expands. Even though the core systems are relatively straightforward, the constant sense of improvement gives players strong motivation to continue developing their island business. One of the game’s most appealing qualities is how relaxing the overall experience feels. Many management simulators rely heavily on stress, constant deadlines, or punishing economic systems to create challenge, but Island Market Simulator takes a more comfortable approach. The pacing allows players to progress at their own speed without feeling constantly pressured, which fits perfectly with the tropical setting. The game understands that organizing shelves, restocking products, and improving a store can be satisfying on their own when paired with a pleasant atmosphere and visible progression. The island environment plays a huge role in establishing the game’s identity. Bright coastal scenery, palm trees, warm lighting, and colorful surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere that separates the experience from the more industrial or urban settings commonly used in retail simulators. Running a small market in the middle of a tropical location gives the game a more personal and inviting feel. The relaxing scenery helps even repetitive management tasks remain enjoyable because the world itself feels calm and welcoming. The first-person perspective also strengthens immersion significantly. Instead of managing the market entirely through menus, players physically walk through aisles, place products on shelves, interact with customers, and participate directly in the day-to-day operation of the business. This hands-on approach makes the store feel more tangible and personal. Watching the market slowly evolve from a small local shop into a larger and more organized business creates a satisfying sense of ownership that keeps players invested. Customization and expansion systems add additional depth to the progression loop. As profits increase, players gain access to more products, decorations, and layout options that allow the market to grow both visually and functionally. Rearranging shelves, improving efficiency, and creating a better shopping environment become increasingly important as customer traffic grows. These upgrades provide a strong feeling of progression because every improvement visibly changes how the market operates. The management mechanics themselves remain intentionally accessible. Inventory systems, pricing adjustments, and product placement are easy to understand even for players unfamiliar with simulation games. This simplicity helps the game appeal to a wider audience, particularly those looking for relaxing management gameplay rather than highly technical economic simulation. While the systems may not offer the extreme complexity found in hardcore business simulators, they provide enough interaction to make the player feel actively involved in every aspect of the store’s growth. Visually, the game embraces a clean and colorful style that supports its relaxing tone. Product models, environments, and store layouts are designed clearly enough to keep gameplay readable while still maintaining an appealing tropical atmosphere. The visuals may not be groundbreaking technically, but they succeed at creating a cozy and inviting environment that complements the gameplay perfectly. The warm island setting gives the experience a unique charm that helps distinguish it from many similar simulator titles. The game does have limitations, especially for players seeking deeper management mechanics or long-term strategic complexity. The gameplay loop can become repetitive after extended sessions since many activities revolve around stocking shelves and maintaining inventory. Economic systems remain fairly straightforward, and experienced simulation fans may eventually wish for more advanced business mechanics or dynamic events. However, these limitations feel tied directly to the game’s goal of providing a casual and stress-free experience rather than an intensely realistic simulation. What ultimately makes Island Market Simulator enjoyable is its ability to turn ordinary management tasks into something relaxing and rewarding. The game captures the satisfaction of gradually improving a small business while surrounding players with peaceful scenery and accessible systems. It does not attempt to revolutionize the simulation genre, but it succeeds at delivering a cozy and engaging gameplay loop that is easy to settle into for long periods. Island Market Simulator works best as a comfortable progression-driven management game focused on atmosphere and simplicity. Players looking for intense challenge or deeply complex economic systems may find it too lightweight, but those searching for a relaxing simulator with satisfying store-building mechanics will likely enjoy the steady rhythm of expansion and customization. Its tropical setting, approachable gameplay, and calming atmosphere help create a pleasant business simulation experience that remains consistently charming throughout its progression. Rating: 8/10
