Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Really basic and cheap tower defence game. It the lowest quality of tower defence, probably not worth the penny on full price but probably worth it on sale.
Definetly a worth game. Basically a tower defense with ships various upgrades and fairly simple to master Pros: +Nice graphic +Nice sound +Various different ships +Various different defense options Cons: - Repetitive
Tower Defense
Barely OK tower game, DO NOT buy the DLCs
I wish I could give a "meh" rating to this game for all its shortcomings. What this game is: A Tower Defense game that is unbalanced but works without a hitch. How does it work? You have to defend your naval base from hordes of invading ships and planes. You play through 60 setups, 20 on each of three difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, and Hard. After the first set of 60, you get to a second set of 60 divided in the same three difficulty levels. After that, you have locked sets that correspond to the DLCs the devs are trying to sell you. You will use various towers to defend your base: quick and smaller guns, bigger and slower guns or missile towers, and radar towers. Each type can be upgraded to differents capbilities that you acquire in the first easy level of the first set of setups. Killing enemy ships or planes provide money used to buy towers or upgrade them, basic radar towers start as simple money making towers and each upgrade improves the money making capacity. Each setup win provides a number of anchors that can be used to improve capabilities and/or unlock advantageous defensive positions in a future setup you are trying to win. The more absolute the win (the best win is not letting any enemy ship or plane get to your base) the more anchors you get. How does it perform? It works OK without glitch as far as I could ascertain. There are no bugs I could see, everything works as it should. The entertainment value is OK, if you are looking for a time killer, then this game will provide it. The gameplay is basic though, and repetitive. The good points: It is a simple game. It has Achievements, all of which are easy and can be gotten on the Easy level of the first set. It also has Steam Trading Cards. The game is not demanding in resources as it takes less than 90 MBs on your HD, and will run on a 10 years old PC. The bad points: The game is unbalanced. The most difficult level as far as I could see is the Easy level of the first set... Why? Because you have not accumulated enough bonuses by improving your capabilities (you need to accumulate anchors and use them to do so). Once you've done so, the difficulty level stays the same for the following levels (Normal and Hard), which means, well, that these are easier. The second set on Easy, Normal and Hard does not improve on that, which means all the challenge in the game is in this first Easy level of the first set. The DLCs do now work well, most people that bought them signal that they do not work, and are mostly broken. The problem is that Steam will not refund them if you have played more than 2 hours on the base game. Be aware of this problem before deciding to buy the DLCs... My take on this: If you like tower defense games, and are looking for a time killer, you might find this one OK. That is why I am not giving a negative review here. BUT, avoid the DLCs and buy this game ONLY if it is at a serious discount. If you want a serious and fun tower game, there are many out there on Steam that are way better than this one.
Play Time: 12.3hrs Achievements: 12 out of 12. 100% Date/Version: August 26th 2026 Rating: 7 out of 10 Iron Sea Defenders is a Tower Defense game that I would say is more designed around a casual TD Player base. Each map has 3 difficulties and many stages. These maps all have a different feel and theme to them. You have several DLC's you can purchase (see WARNING) that give you more tower defense fun, and there's even a workshop. Within the base game you have 4 primary base towers, and several sub towers. As well has some global skill that the user can use to impact the run. Now I have no idea of the workshop works, but it's there to click on. The options are very bare bone, and I'm not sure if they game is pure keyboard compatible. The achievements were great, and should be able to be obtained just via completing the game, and 3 staring (no hits received) the first main map on all difficulties. The game follows the typical 3 star rule, as in 0 hits to your tower is 3 star which will give you “anchors” to spend on meta game upgrades. Usually this can be annoying but I found the game not to be super difficult compared to other tower defense games I've played. Lastly you can use anchors to open up blocked tower spots, I think you can beat the hardest maps without opening them all up seeing as that's what I did at the highest difficulty setting on the first main map. I felt this was an enjoyable base line tower defense game, and a should buy for fans of the tower defense genre. WARNING: Many of the reviews indicate to not buy the DLC's as they can cause problems with your game. I don't have the DLC's and have no idea if these issues were ever fixed. (Potential Spoilers) Units/towers: 4 different towers, each with 2 different sub tower type you can utilize. This offers a nice variety Meta/Skill progress: Linked to beating each scenario. These were nice buffs not too powerful and not to weak. You have meta buffs that reduce tower cost, increase damage, increase range, increase your global skill abilities, and increase your passives such as how much money you'll get per unit destroyed. Achievements: 12 achievements that can be obtained just by playing the game and beating the first main map on all 3 difficulties perfectly. These were nice and thought they were a great balance. Difficulty: I felt it was fun, and not too difficult. A bit of puzzling goes a long way. Final Thoughts: Get the game if you enjoy this aesthetic appeal and if you enjoy tower defense style games, especially if it's on sale. It's a great baseline for the Tower Defense genre and was enjoyable.
