It's super satisfying tuning all the parameters using all the wheels and levers, arming the gun, pulling the alarm, giving it a second, and then then letting her rip. Sometimes you have two targets lined up on the same bearing and you can fire both guns at the same time with slight elevation differences, those are the moments that make the life of an artillery gunner worth living. Amazing game 10/10.

What really sells Iron Nest for me is how ridiculously heavy and claustrophobic it feels. You're crammed inside this iron box, listening to mechanical legs groan under the weight while the main cannon recoil practically shakes your desk. The real pressure hits when the teleprinter starts clattering—suddenly you're forced to choose between sticking to cold orders from High Command or dropping shells to save a squad of infantry screaming for help.
