A short horror game where you pilot a tiny submarine through an ocean of blood on an alien moon.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 17 → 5.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, GOG, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Meh.

The stars are gone. The planets have disappeared. They were barely enough of us left to give "the end" a name. The Quiet Rapture. Supplies dwindle. Infrastructure crumbles. Too few to rebuild. Too many to feed. Humanity decays. But don't despair, my sons. I tell you now that there is more to these moons than meets the eye. The Consolidation. They hide their technology. Their people. They won't tell you what they found. But I will. One moon stands apart from the rest. And in the darkness of that moon: An ocean of blood.
We’re going into the Blood Ocean, and honestly, just hearing the word “ocean” was enough to trigger my thalassophobia. Add being trapped in a confined submarine with nowhere to go, deep beneath the ocean, and you’ve got pure terror. The gameplay mechanics were a little difficult to understand at first, but once you get used to them, they work really well. The scares and sound design are fantastic, and the atmosphere genuinely makes you feel trapped beneath the Blood Ocean. This is an incredible horror game that absolutely delivers. Amazing job, David Szymanski! Overall, I'd give Iron Lung a solid 9 out of 10 Blood Oceans GAMEPLAY (The game starts at 31:34) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qC5BFNbGiEk&t=15s
Absolute BANGER of a game, loved every bit of the gameplay, with and without the updates and cheat codes! Will be playing again and more from David.
