Use your futuristic mech squad to drive off a horrible alien bug menace from various seemingly doomed timelines, in this excellent turn-based strategy game. Highly recommended! (9/10)

Game feels more like a puzzle rather than tactical game. Basically chess but with RNG. It also has that awful unlock system from FTL which forces you to get achievements. Maybe if the maps weren't so claustrophobic it would play better. Can't recommend this one.
I initially liked the game, it seemed to be quite diverse with different pilots different mech group options different enemies encountered, but it quickly became a puzzle with just different makeup but the same base. There's no novelty to it. If that's an issue for you, this may not be your game. however if you're simply looking for a looping mini strategy game this may be for you.
I know it looks like I don't play much of this game but it is because I play it on my Nintendo Switch. It is the most played game on my Switch and for good reason. This Strategy game is a Pinnacle, everything in this game has been fleshed out to a perfected level. It is a beautiful game. Thank you Subset Games
Learning curve in the beginning almost made me not want to play further, but after I realised what is relevant in battles, haven't been able to stop. You have to learn each squad and also when to kill and when not to kill vecs. Excellent tactical puzzle game that punishes big time if you make a mistake in a battle. Replay turn is a nice help in this type of a game. Great game!
Repetitive, not nearly rewarding enough between rounds, way too simple of a take on the genre. After making FTL, the bar is much higher for these devs, and this one does not live up to it. Note: even worse, refunding this as part of a bundle, caused the other game in the bundle (Tactical Breach Wizards, which is muuuuuuch better) to be refunded too. I know it is Steam's fault, but it added salt to the wound.
