gameplay good. me like
A very interesting combination between a strategy game and a rougelike. The meta-progression is well paced. You have to get achievements to be able to get new squads requiring knowledge of previous squads to be able to learn new ones. Gameplay and combat-loop are very fun and would recommend to everyone that likes tbs.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

cool game
Into the Breach is an absolutely fantastic turn based rouge lite from the FTL devs. What is essentially pacific rim meets chess, into the breach shows us that a simple concept with even simpler graphics can have the complexity and mechanical depth to rival most games. In Into the Breach, human civilization is on the brink of extinction, threatened by the Vek, which are subterranean alien insects. Humanity’s last hope rests on time-traveling mech pilots from a doomed future, who repeatedly jump back in time to different parallel dimensions to fight the monsters and protect the global power grid. A surprisingly compelling narrative helps not only keep the game grounded and dark, it also helps perfectly justify the game mechanics, it’s a fantastically simple but very clever narrative that really pulled me into the world. Gameplay sees you utilising one of your 3 mechs to tactically vanquish the bug scum. You’re limited at first with the pilots and chassis you can pick but will find that the more you play the more options open up to you. You have abilities from a simple punch to motor fire to creating protective shields. The choice in mech is incredibly deep providing many different approaches to combat. Same goes for the Vek who have a variety of challenging units that can immobilise your units, create poison damage or will be so tanky they push you out of the way to target the civilians. It’s up to you to not only use your abilities but also take advantage of the environment. Pushing enemies into each other can damage them but some might die instantly if pushed into water, the same can be done to you and this creates an excellent sense of tension as you battle back and forth. Considering the cheap price tag and the fact this game can run on basically anything that can conduct electricity I cannot recommend it highly enough. Its deceptively simple appearance hides what is one of the most satisfying turn-based strategy games I’ve played in years.

fun game
