bradar this game hard
I wanted to love this game. Unfortunately I found it very repetitive. I thought early on as the same events kept repeating that perhaps they would become more diverse as I progressed through the game, but that hasn't been the case. The events and the choices that go along with them have remained the same. On top of that, there are only two types of objectives for every mission. I also anticipated getting more variety here as I progressed, but I am currently half to two-thirds through, and everything is the same. I haven't found it to be all that challenging either. Granted, I am playing on normal difficulty, but I am now intentionally making risky decisions to see how close I can get to dying/failing, and still able to easily get myself out of it. I'm around 12 hours in, and at this point I find myself only wanting to finish for finishing's sake.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good replayability and a generally well balanced game! I'm currently on my 2nd playthrough. if you want to play something relaxing that still makes you plan ahead and think, this is for you. As you climb the mountains (each mountain is a level), there's no IRL time pressure because time only passes when your character is "acting" (climbing or sleeping), but you will want to plan the best route up because you don't have infinite "resources". I.e. climbing up/down takes energy, merely existing above 6000m (the "Death Zone") will slowly reduce your oxygen bar. Cold weather and/or night will reduce your temperature bar. To put the game simply: you have to be deliberate with your choices, and balance risk. Climbing the steep slope is faster, but uses more energy. Which do you need: time (oxygen or temperature may be almost out) or energy (how much further after this cliff?)
